Teemo rework concept
Passive - Toxic Darts
Teemos basic attacks and abilities poison the target, dealing magic damage over 4 seconds. Substituent attacks refresh the poison duration. Additionally, Teemos basic attacks deal bonus magic damage to the target.
Q - Tranquilizer
Teemo fires a dart, dealing magic damage to the first enemy hit and inflicts them with drowsy, which makes them fall asleep after a brief delay. Asleep targets take double damage from poison without waking them up. However, damaging the asleep target with besides poison dmg wakes them up. (does not deal true damage like Zoe)
W - Guerilla Warfare
Passive - Teemo gains bonus movement speed if he hasnt taken champion or turret damage. Additionally, standing without acting or being acted upon causes Teemo to become invisible.
Active - Teemo gains double the bonus movement speed that cant be disablled and bonus attack speed. If cast while invisible or in bush, Teemo also gains camouflage for the duration. Attacking or casting abilities immediately ends camouflage.
E - Blinding Gas
Teemo tosses a special concoction at a targeted area, dealing magic damage and reducing the vision of all enemies hit. (Like Quinn, current blind needs to go)
R - Bandle City Trap (he aint no Noxian)
Passive - Teemo will forage mushrooms while standing still, and forages twice as fast in bushes, Foraging does not break stealth.
Active - Teemo places a mushroom. It goes boom and poisons the enemies that step on it.
