Patch, Queen of the Silent Kingdom
From an abandoned carnival near Piltover, a living doll stitches herself a kingdom. Visitors are always welcome even if they may not feel that way for a queen always needs more servants.
Roles- Marksman, AD Caster
Passive- Follow the Thread As Patch walks, she trails a red thread behind her 700 units long. Enemies and allies can see this thread even if they don't see her. All allies (including herself) gain 30% bonus movement speed if walking on the thread. Enemies who step on the thread are revealed for as long as they are on her thread.
Q - Let it Happen Patch throws a ball of yarn at target location. It explodes upon impact dealing a small amount of physical damage and Disarming nearby enemy Champions (Disarmed enemies cannot auto attack but can still move and cast abilities).
Additionally, enemies hit by the yarn are marked for 10 seconds. If Patch kills an enemy marked by the yarn she creates a melee Patchling minion with (100/140/180/220/300) health that chases and attacks whoever Patch last auto attacked (AD scaling 0.8 current AD). Patch can have up to (2/3/4/4/5) Patchlings at a time each lasts for 10 seconds.
W - Come to Me Patch fires out a skillshot needle attached to a string impaling the first enemy it comes in contact with dealing damage and slowing them by 10% increasing by 10% each second as long as they are tethered. If the enemy remains within range for 3 seconds they are pulled to her.
E - Shhh toggle Threads weave around Patch creating an area of effect. Enemies around Patch become slowed (10%/15%/20%/25%/30%) and take magic damage over time while near her. If an enemy remains within range for 2.5 seconds they are silenced for 2.5 seconds or as long as they remain within her area whichever is shorter. After they break her silence they are reset and must be within her AOE for another 2.5 seconds in order to be silenced again.
R - Doppel Patch cuts a part of herself off (50%/40%/30% maximum HP cap) to weave an exact copy of herself with 50% of her original maximum HP (channel time 3 seconds). It has her same exact items and is controllable using alt or R and lasts for 30 seconds. If Patch casts a spell during this time her Doppel also casts it in the same direction (does not include summoner spells). If she an her Doppel both cast W on the same enemy, the enemy is pulled to her Doppel.
When her Doppel dies, her maximum HP cap returns to her original amount and she is healed for whatever amount of HP her Doppel had at time of death (only applies if it dies through time expiration).
If Patch dies while her Doppel is still active, it's expiration time is set to 5 seconds and you can control it as if you were controlling Patch herself.

The idea was to make a marksman that was more difficult to use but can be strong if used right. Her ult is very powerful as she now does double damage however it also leaves her very vulnerable as it cuts her maximum HP. If you are good at micromanagement however, you can use it to great effect. Her abilities are geared toward ensnaring and taking out a single vulnerable opponent by depriving them of their ability to fight back and overwhelming them with small minions.
Her HP cap reduction was meant as a severe limiting factor to her survivability. If her Doppel dies her cap returns to normal but she does not get the hp spent back. Same with other controllable minions they can only go a certain distance from her before respawning back to her.
