[New dragon champion concept] Nogar Dlived, The Demon Dragon

ABILITIES

Passive: Endless Rage: your basic attack grants 2,5 Fury. Dealing a killing blow grants 5 Fury. You spend Fury on your other abilities. Increase your armor and magic penetration by 1 for 4 points of Fury. In addition, gain 1 fury every 3 sec.

Twisted Flames [q] Breath out flames dealing 55/75/95/115/135 (+130% attack damage) magical damage to enemies in it and Scorch the earth doing additional 30/50/70/90/110 (+20% ability power) magical damage per sec for 4 sec to enemies in affected area. Cooldown: 17/16/15/14/13 sec Fury cost: 20 Range: 535 Width of AOE: 275 Duration of breathing out: 0,65 sec

Shattering Stomp [w] Strike the ground bellow you dealing 75/105/135/165/195 (+50% attack damage) (+30% ability power) physical damage to enemies around you and Shatter the earth bellow your feet for 4 sec slowing movement speed of enemies standing it by 35%. Cooldown: 10 sec Fury cost: 25 Radius of AOE: 480 Radius of Shatter: 455 Cast time: 0,4 sec

Iron Tail [e] Swing your tail at your target doing 100/140/180/220/260 (+140% attack damage) physical damage and knock him/her back. If you Knock your target into Twisted Flames Scorch affected area, then your target will get feared for 1,5 sec. If you Knock your target into Shattering Stomp Shatter affected area, then your target will get stunned for 1,5 sec. Cooldown: 12 sec Range: 240 Knock back distance: 340

World in Ashes [r] Fly up high and breath out fire balls at every structure of enemy team doing 50/100/150 damage to them and 80/140/200 (+75% ability power) magical damage to enemies nearby them. While in air you are untargetable, but after landing you lose all fury you had. Time in air before releasing fireballs: 2 sec Cooldown: 180/160/140 sec Radius of secondary damage: 395 Cost: 45 fury

Joke Nogar spits flames around himself: So this will make me move faster? I don't get this burning out thing. Nogar slams his tail: I will burn this world really well. You could say it will be well done. No one will become the baker. Nogar sneezes: Apchoo... Out of the way.

Cool ultimate idea.

I think the Q damage should scale off of AP, not AD. It makes more sense thematically, and since he already is a mixed damage champion (as he should be) it offsets him from being too strong from simply buying AD. His Q and R should scale off AP, and his W and E should scale off AD (or maybe even make his shattering stomp scale off of his max HP).

I also really like the interaction between the tail ability and the additional effects based on the AoE effects of his other abilities.

Like the concept, although i think that if riot is going to bring out a dragon, it wont be a standerd fire dragon i believe....but then again this does sound very awesome ^^ He has a lot of damaging abilities which fits with the character, as do his quotes (and gosh i like me some quotes ^^ maybe work some lore into it?) Does his ultimate damage all structures regardless? Like even the inhibitors even if their tower is still standing? and the nexus? THAT would be a little weird or OP...but the idea of an ability aimed at destroying buildings is actually pretty cool and unique ^^ The only thing i could say is that its maybe a bit too...standerd?....too cliche dragon?...but theres nothing wrong with cliche. You have my upvote ^^
