Just a thought for a new type of summoner spell That wouldn't be like what they took from us. It wold scale with time over the game by X reduction of time to death timers. I would use it instead of heal or TP. Sometimes it feels like they are trying to do away with Summoner spells.

It was generally avoided because the idea is to not die, and it was considered weaker than the majority of the other spells because it had little to no impact. Just from what you've described as a passive only type summoner spell, it is actually a weaker version of Revive. That doesn't bode well for its acceptance.

Making a summoner spell decision based on your intent to die again and again doesn't exactly make sense though. Also, if you never die in a match then you would have wasted the spell. It's a lose-lose.
