This is one of the only Teen Annie suggestions I've seen that I've actually liked. I'd personally prefer a longer skirt (Annie doesn't seem the mini-skirt type to me), but I like that they didn't otherwise over-sexualize her, which is way to common a theme.

The bag with a bear sticker and the bear ears are a nice evolution of the young girl with her teddy bear, and, most impressively, I think they got the face/expression/bearing of the character nailed down: I can actually believe this is Annie, instead of just a teen girl with a similar hair color.

Best Annie picture I've yet seen.

As a personality buff, I myself am interested in how her personality would develop as she matures. Maybe we can create a whole new set of clothes for that more mature personality. The only issue I've ever had with grown Annie drawings is that they keep the childish clothes, which don't really seem right on what looks like a prodigy caster series about her magic learning. I'd imagine her in a long red dress with a similar top as in this picture. Her hair would also be dark red instead of bright pink. It's questionable whether removing her cat ears would lose part of her identity, but if it does, it can be "updated" to those nekomimi earphones I've seen advertised on Facebook just because I accidentally liked the store page.

Just my thoughts.
