Millennium the Monster

Lore

Doctor Ashley, please recall the events leading to this... monster's creation. All of this will go into known history whether we like it or not. What we need is data on it. A rugged man dressed in military suit spoke across from a shaking, fragile young woman dressed in scraps of what looks like a research jacket in a dimly lit room.

Y-yes, General. It's h-hazy, but... I can... try. It was a t-t-terrible thing to experience. She shivers with her tone.

I understand miss, but this is for the good of mankind.

H-how should I starts...?

If you can... from the beginning.

Y-yes... To... um... start with, I-I was with a team of scientists who were studying a bit of genetic engineering.

Genetic engineering? Isn't that a bit far off from what Dr. Mundo achieved with his body?

That's a nice comparison, yes, you'd be right. Our lead, Dr. Rath wanted to engineer humanity to have improved health, body and mental stability, one that could be used in everyday life, but also for warring time.

In other word, you had the backing of the government for this?

Y-yes, they backed us, but they didn't want any leak so it was strictly on to know basis. I apologize if you only learn of it now.

It's alright, I'm just a soldier with orders. Keep going.

Well, we had sufficient funding and technologies to start with, so we took few mice for testing our basic concept. The results were going well, so we moved on to human testing, this was a major skip in regular progress because our leader was so excited with what happened that he just had to do it.

Who were the volunteers?

Well, originally, our leader volunteered, but since he was our lead, we needed him to stay strictly off testing, so we...

...Go on.

We kidnapped children of all ages. Anywhere between five to seventeen. We covered the tracks by making false copies of their bodies and made them out to be murdered.

...I won't arrest you, keep going, fess it up.

...I'm really sorry about this, but it's just terrible of us to do it for the sake of science. We tested the genetic strain used on the mice on them. Many of them died, few survived. Those who died choked on their own blood unable to even out their body to spill the blood out, we just watched them die dammit, we watched them die!

The General swallowed back his saliva in disgust, he clears his throat. What happened to those who survived.

We took them to quarantine chambers to study them. We wanted to see how they dealt with their body changing. That's when we noticed it.

...Noticed what?

The woman fiddles around with her hand in nervousness, she averts her glance from the general down to the flooring.

Ashley, I don't know if you understand this, but the longer you wait, the more that thing destroy cities. Please continue.

...Okay. A man in our crew noticed all but one of the mice had died off. It wasn't from the strain...it was because the sole mouse had killed them all. Tentacles, claws, spikes, anything you can think of were on the mouse. It was a monstrosity. We rushed back to the chamber... but we were too late. One teenager boy, we classified as the seventeen year old, covered in red was left standing in the sea of carnage. Our lead ordered the chamber to be flooded with sleeping gas so we can restraint the child. He wasn't affected by the gas, he stood there, and glanced at us with his lifeless eyes. We heard him speaking, but he wasn't speaking... it was like he was a newborn unable to even speak human language. In one swift moment, one of his limb turned to a tentacle, another to a claw, he dug into the fifteen inch thick steel door locked with multiple form of locks and torn it right out. Then I saw drops of blood flying around... my colleagues were being killed one after another. I ran for my life, I turned around to see his eyes connected with mine, I knew I was dead, but Dr. Rath tackled him just before his tentacle dug into my flesh exchanging his life for mine holding him back for precious time. Under an emergency code with our computer, I managed to separate a large gap between us. Before I knew it, the subject was already destroying the facility, and the next would be anything nearby.

...So, that account for the event leading to this monster?

Y-y-yes. She mumbles. Her eyes avert away from everything surrounding her like crazy. She gasps for a breath and collapse as her blood spills. Lump of a corpse lays before the General. He salutes to it before exiting the room to its fate.

Abilities

Passive - Mutant - When Millennium cast one of his first abilities, his other two spells will switch between their counterpart. (Example: Cast Skewer, Slam changes to Wrap and Assimilate to Iactare.)

Q - Skewer/Sever - Skewer- Millennium mutate his arm into a tentacle and stabs into the ground, and impale enemy units at a nearby target location and spread out in a line opposite of Millennium. Sever- Millennium mutate his arm into a sharp claw and leap to a nearby available enemy unit and swipe around him dealing damages healing him based on how many enemy units were hit up to a cap.

W- Slam/Wrap - Slam- Millennium mutates his arm into a mallet and crash it onto nearby target location stunning enemy units hit then slowing them afterward Wrap- Millennium mutates one arm into a clamp and snares a target unit and mutates another arm into a sword and stab them leaving the target wounded bleeding them for a duration.

E- Iactare/Assimilate - Iactare- Millennium sends pieces of his flesh toward target location in line paths each stopping on an enemy hit dealing damage, and each piece that hit an enemy unit rush back forward to Millennium healing him, Assimilate- Millennium adapts his flesh to increase his power and splash out his flesh damaging those around him. Millennium gains bonus AD for a duration.

R- Carnage - Millennium gains a point of Carnage for each time his spells were used to change and damage enemy units. Once he reach 50 points of Carnage, he can unleash his mutation to generate mutated limbs from his body that attack nearest enemy unit dealing damage. After the duration, the limbs retract into his body, and he expels the mass outward creating a zone of blood bath granting him additional stats as long he stand on it.

After a chat with FeralPony on this concept, I decided to remove the role identity, and changed few things. Changed passive, added few gimmicks to Q, E and changed ulti.
