It's been almost 4 years since Cass's last skin and I'm just curious to know if she's too difficult or riot doesnt think they'd make money off of it. I really want a new cass skin that actually changes more than like 2 particles D:
They don't care. The skin department gave Jinx 3 1350+ skins and she has been out for a little bit. Cass cannot get a single skin in the last few years . . . . and they used the excuse she needed work . . .. to just support laziness and decisions like Jinx, Ekko, and Lulu every skin year.
Well she already has a strong asthetic, which makes it kinda hard to make more skins, since they need to somehow fit the snake motive. Maybe popularity plays a role too, but I don't think it's the deciding factor.
