Due to how strong this summoner spell, is i believe it is due for a nerf. Why does a spell that is so strong defensively through lowering damage output and movement speed also need to lower MR and Armor? I don't believe this spell should have an offensive use as well as be so strong defensively. At least one of its strengths needs to go.
No, damage just needs to be nerfed. relax

I had a game where the enemy Top/Mid and Support had 
. The fact that it is seeing play now in the top lane is pretty bad. Obviously its normal for support to grab it, and its understandable to bring it mid lane some times if you are facing a assassin and need it for them. Pretty soon we'll get to a point where you will see it on Top/Jungle/Mid and Support.

Exahust has been pretty much the second most taken summoner outside mandatory ones (smite and flash and heal) since Season 5.
