Passive: Surf the Lightning

Ronnie builds up Surfing stacks as he moves. For every 1 second that he is in constant motion, he gains 1 Surfing stack, which gains him +2% Bonus Movement Speed, up to a maximum of 10 stacks. Taking damage from a champion removes all stacks, large monsters remove 2 stacks per attack, and not moving for 0.5 seconds removes 1 stack.

Q: Bolt Strike

Ronnie strikes a target enemy with his Bolt Strike, dealing magic damage, applying on-hit effects. Bolt Strike does not interrupt movement commands.
