How does Riot choose which champion is getting a new skin? I just saw Master Yi is ONCE AGAIN getting another skin while champions like Illoai still haven't gotten a new skin since release!

The only logical conclusion would be that Riot makes more money off the Yi skin since he's popular, but does Riot not already have enough money? If it's not money related then I am really lost.

illaoi was released on the 24.11.2015, yis last skin was project yi which came out on the 8.9.2015 but if you want to discuss which champ deserves a skin Yorick no skin since release Cassiopeia last skin jade fang 8.2.2013 Heimerdinger last skin hazard 14.7.2014

or if you want comparrison Zac got his first non release skin roughly 2.5 years after his release. so illaoi would get a skin in early 2018
