How does Riot choose which champion is getting a new skin? I just saw Master Yi is ONCE AGAIN getting another skin while champions like Illoai still haven't gotten a new skin since release!
The only logical conclusion would be that Riot makes more money off the Yi skin since he's popular, but does Riot not already have enough money? If it's not money related then I am really lost.

got his first non release skin roughly 2.5 years after his release. so illaoi would get a skin in early 2018
lemon tiddies1 votesTo be fair, Jhin got Blood Moon just recently and was released after Illaoi. While I do believe that Yorick, Cassiopeia, Heimerdinger, and Zac deserves skins, I also think that they need to have good ideas to make it work. I don't want some shitty skin just to fill some kind of quota. So I think skins for these champions will come, but I personally prefer Illaoi since she only has the one skin. But again, skins will come when they have quality products, not when they just need to put a skin out.
Sukishoo1 votes 's took awhile due to the fact that his model is hard to work with. Plus they went with a theme (pool party) that best suits a certain time of year (summer) so they have to wait when they release them.
