(Champion Concept) Willow, the Plague Alchemist
Willow is a hermit living deep inside the Plague Jungles. She utilizes the unique flora and animals to create devastating concoctions and weapons to protect herself or her allies.
Her appearance is that of a middle-aged woman with graying hair tied in a bun and sharp gray eyes. Her skin is tanned dark, and she holds a scar that slightly deforms her lower lip gained from an encounter with a vicious animal when she was younger. She walks with a cane, but uses it more for prodding dirt for materials and as a weapon than for support, and her outfit is composed of a thick shawl over homemade clothes made from materials harvested from the forest.

Willow gains Material whenever she lands the killing blow on an enemy.
- Creeps and non-large monsters give her +2 Material
- Cannon Creeps and large monsters give her +4 Material
- Champions, super creeps, and epic monsters give Willow +20 Material Willow naturally gains (2.5/5.0/10.0) Material / 5 seconds.
Willow can only hold 100 Material at once, and this replaces her mana as a resource. Should she gain more than 100, Material deteriorates until only 100 remains at a rate of 1 Material per second. Willow starts with 25 Material and regains up to 25 Material whenever she visits the fountain.

Passive: Willow can store up to (3/3/4/5) +1 [Held] concoctions at once. Passive: Critical Hits from her AA are instead replaced by smashing the currently-held mixture into the enemy, activating the reaction.
Active: Upon activation, a wheel depicting a sprig, animal teeth, and water will appear and start spinning. Activating Nature's Bounty locks in the choice and creates a "base" of that material. Once a base is locked in, the wheel starts spinning once more for a secondary material to add. Upon locking in a second time, a mixture is created.
Mixtures are transferred to your hand from left to right. Double-clicking on a specific mixture will switch out the current held mixture to the one selected. Each material has different effects. Mixing them together will work, but mixing the same materials will increase their potency.
Sprigs = CC + AoE direction (towards closest enemy) Animal Teeth = Damage + AoE size Water = DoT damage + Lasting effect
**Sprig + Sprig **= Roots the two closest enemy champions within 275 units of the impact point for 1 second, or roots one champion for 2.5 seconds if alone.
Sprig + Animal Teeth = Stuns for 0.75 seconds in a 475/50 unit conic AoE towards the closest hostile unit upon landing, dealing (15 * # of Materials used to make Mixture) + 25% total AP in magic damage.
Sprig + Water = Releases a sludge at impact point towards the closest hostile unit that is 300/50 units around. This sludge deals (10/15/20/25 + # of Materials used to make Mixture) in magic damage per second for 5 seconds and slows enemies walking through it by 15% until they remain outside of the sludge for 2 seconds.
Animal Teeth + Animal Teeth = Creates a 725 unit blast in an AoE around the impact point, damaging all enemies caught in it by (35 * # of Materials used to make Mixture) + 25% total AP in magic damage.
Animal Teeth + Water = Explodes on impact in a 500 AoE, dealing (75 + # of Materials used to make mixture) + 15% total AP in magic damage and leaving a 550 unit AoE pool of acid that deals (25/30/35/40 + 10% total AP) magic damage per second for 5 seconds to all enemies in the area.
**Water + Water ** = Spreads a 300 unit AoE of poison (affects abilities that deal with poison) that deals (35/50/75/90 + # of stacks used to make mixture) + 25% total AP in magic damage per second for 7 seconds. Poison continually refreshes so long as enemies remain in the pool but clears up once enemy remains outside of the poison for 3 seconds.

Willow quickly replicates the last mixture she tossed, adding to her stored concoctions (if capable) or making it become priority use if there is no room [Replaces Held mixture]. Replicated mixtures are only 70% as effective as the replicated copy.

Willow tosses her held mixture to a set area within 500 units around her. Willow can channel this to increase the range by 100 units per second for 5 seconds.
R: Quality Ingredients CD 90/80/75 Material Use: 15/20/25 material per second (channeled)
Willow consumes her stash of Materials to increase the potency of her stashed Mixtures. Every second, 20 Material is consumed and 1 concoction stored is empowered (starting from the leftmost unempowered mixture and ending at the rightmost unempowered mixture). This boost increases the potency of the mixture by 20/35/50%. CD starts once channeling is interrupted, stopped, or once Material runs out.
