Taking 10/20/25/30 %HP damage makes Boros lose 100 units of length. Every 40/20/10 units killed (based on lv) restores a segment and additional HP, doubled against large units. The body curves to form a ring while not issuing move commands. Boros is perpetually ghosted.
Additional Health: 100-200 (based on lv) (+20% Max HP)
Q - Chitinous Rampage

Lore Haya was a Kinkou spirit warrior ninja in training to undertake the annual of task the One Who Calms the Wisps. The wisps were small, simple, skittish, defenseless spirits who radiated natural energies that the land used. The One Who Calms the Wisps finds and collects as large a portion of Wisps as they can and performs a calming ceremony that when released back to nature solidifies their place and encourages them to continue emitting their energy. The practice was modeled after beehive nature. When she was just a young girl Haya was so excited to be next in line for the task that she went out on her own ahead of the appointed time. The acolytes in the monastery became worried because she was gone for weeks, but she returned with a much larger collection of wisps than ever seen before. It was counted as a gift bestowed upon them by the Will of Ionia, because within the same week Noxians attacked upsetting the spirit world and sending most of wisps still in the wild into hiding. Although the wisps would return with time, and the wilds could still sustain themselves without the external source of magic; the damage had been done. Certain areas had received such extensive damage that the wisps might never return there, but there were much more ominous and dangerous aftereffects that Shen was worried about in the spirit world.
There were wild, fickle spirits that were fiercely territorial and impressive. They were incredibly powerful creatures that not even the full force of the monastery could sedate if fully awakened and enraged. These were the threats that worried Shen even more than the Noxian invasion and was one of the reasons why he chose not to participate in Ionias defence. These spirits had the potential to destroy an entire village just by moving through the general area. Many spirits had been disturbed but. If someone did not keep a watchful eye on them from dawn to twilight, then there would be dire consequences, and both Ionians and Noxians would be dealing with terrors that neither could hope handle.
Shens worst fears materialized when a enormous, ferocious, enraged, malicious centipede spirit appeared. Its natural source of energy that had kept it sated had been destroyed and in the absence of that it had been ravaging villages and consuming other spirits. The acolytes that Shen had sent had been having a hard time keeping on its trail due to the reports of spirit disturbances all over ionia, but this one was special. In a time where spirit energy was either nonexistent in some areas or rampant in others it only appeared where there were trace amounts of spirit energy that was too faint for even best spirit trackers to sense, and once it had devoured what little there was it vanished back into the spirit realm without a trace. Unknown to the acolytes these faint traces of spirit energy were the wisps that were just starting to reappear. After a long period of silence it found the large collection of wisps that Haya was in the process of releasing while out in the wilds and attacked. But Haya surprised both the herself and the acolytes when she returned to the soothing meditation ponds near the monastery with the nigh-uncontrollable spirit. Somehow she was able to barely just keep it in check until it would decide to leave. She became known for calming notorious spirits with this newfound knowledge. She tamed spirits that no else could hope to in any manner due to their aggressive and fickle nature that has been changed by the Noxian invasion. But whenever the centipede spirit showed up it took all her spiritual skill capacity just to keep it from destroying all in sight. Still she manages to just barely hang on.
Hunted The first thing Haya heard was the cittering.
She’d been encountered wild animals before and some had stalked her before they realized she was aware of their presence. That was usually enough to ward off an attack.
This was different, it set her hair on edge with a prickle that rushed up her spine and brought a light weight constricted feeling to her lungs, and that was before she realized that the air smelled of singed pine needles after a lightning storm. And that scent was intensifying. She suddenly realized that a discordant drumming she felt striking the ground was from far more than just four feet in unison.
It knew that she was aware. And it didn't care.
The creature burst on her in a flurry of skittering legs, lunging at her insanely quickly for a animal of its size. Haya attempted to jump out of the way but it twitched its head in the direction of her dodge knocking her leg from under her with its antenna, and sending her flying as it hurtled past.
She didn't waste the opportunity, she was on her feet instantly but judging the intensity of its last attack, there was no way she could out run it. It was already behind her again.
One look. That was all it took to put her lungs behind her throat. This was wasn’t an animal. This was a spirit. This would be much more dangerous.
As the many legged spirit closed in she did the only thing she could think of; jumping right as it attacked landing just behind the head. She knew it had to be the only safe place to be as it looked like a blind spot. It was too low to roll over and its limbs wouldn’t be able to reach her as long as she held on.
From there she could slightly control it by hitting its eyes which seemed only annoy it and caused it to turn away from the blows. It seemed to go where it wanted most of the time. Haya outwitted it by discarding some Wisps and escaped by jumping onto a low hanging branch after stuffing branches in its face. After a few seconds it seemed to be fed up and disappeared back into the spirit realm.
But she knew by her that this wouldn’t be the last time she’d see it, this was a persistent spirit. She could feel it in her own spirit.
Intro Haya is a young female Ionian Spirit rider who became know for "taming" an incredibly enraged spirit. Most thought merely the idea surely meant death due to the spirits centipede nature, ferocity, shear size, and uncanny, unpredictable movement and temperament. No one else would dare try to ride an angry spirit and they commended her for her bravery. The only issue is... she hasn't actually tamed it yet.
Theme: become the heavily armored cavalry, centipede, enraged spirit, force of nature, skillfully build up speed to become an endlessly running thomas the TANK engine, Accidentally Powerfu, tireless durability, wild, crashing through enemies and splitting them up, making a mess of the battlefield, Frienemies, uncontrollable power, large area of presence that cannot be ignored.
Niche: periodically quick moving tank that builds up speed, ranged tank cavalry, acts as a proxy wall to corral opponents and discourage certain paths, circling enemies. Body “blocks” shots for allies, solves issues of long champions and Rek'Sai syndrome, weird mobility, consistent lock down and control of an entire zone dynamically just by existing, great defense without putting yourself at risk, play the "mount"
Fantasy: bull rider, choo choo, giant insect, enraged spirit, “walling” off enemies, “We have a Hulk,” The Bigger Bad - in focus, Bigger Fish, creepy crawly, chinese dragon dance
Inspiration: Scolopendromorpha, the giant desert centipede. Its armor is quite hard. Its frightening how fast it can really move: around 19km/h (12mph) with reflexes faster than a scorpion sting at 3 mph, whether in a straight line or turning. If something tries to grab its tail it will grab them with the tails modified legs and then whip around to grapple them. It sheds its skin to grow bigger over 30 cm (12-17 in) with up to 300 legs, it will take down anything it can over power including birds, rodents, tarantulas and snakes...so the bigger it gets the bigger prey it devours. Its body is quite powerful and it will grapple prey with each leg digging into whatever its grabbing. This myriapod might actually have one of if not the world’s most painful venomous bites to be inflicted by an insect, and it will curl up around what its bitten on to bite multiple times.
Appearance: Small Girl in robes with a big weaved basket on her back that glows from within Giant Centipede: Scolopendro-morpha Gigantea, also Elder Centipede
Skins Year of the snake skin Shuriman Sandskimmer skin Void skin Bilgewater seaserpent skin Weather Ao Shin Skin
Gameplay Cast your abilities in quick succession to build up MS to strengthen your final attack, or keep your momentum by casting abilities sparing to stay on the move around the battlefield and continue the wild mayhem a little while longer. If you quickly cast all your abilities your speed will stack but the amount of time you have to move quickly will be shorter. If u cast your abilities in moderation your speed will be slower but the amount of time you have to move quickly will be longer
Counter play Always target segments of Boros to reduce its strength and force her to go farm Boros has a large body so AoE and multi-target or multi hit abilities take it out and weaken it faster.
