@Riot, have you ever considered a Jarvan texture update?
His model looks fine I guess, it's just his textures that are really outdated. Or is it just me?

Honestly I think what he needs is an animation update.
His attacks look so bizarre. He's just wailing on people with this wacky spear that looks like it rocket propels him everywhere.
Xin looks like he's fighting with a spear. Jarvan looks like he should be wielding Trundles club.
I really think that his auto attack animation and his ult visual should be updated. He doesnt have an animation between two attacks, he just starts looking around for a split second as if he was just standing there before his next attack. And his ult doesnt look powerfull. Maybe add some fire or a flip when he jumps or something like that? Because right now it just looks like he did the pull combo into some new terrain that just came out of nowhere
