@Riot,Hydra/Tiamat splash damage is bugged

It seems it's doing less damage than intended, down from 0% to 20%. I cannot check this personally but people in EUW are starting to report this bug, so I thought it would be good to post it here too. Could you please check Riot?

I noticed it too, I checked it in a few custom games with all bots just to be sure. The damage from the Cleave effect is something like 20%/13% as opposed to the 60%/20% as listed in the description.
