[Concept] Sengoku, of the Warring States
Sengoku is a very wise man, a very proud man, and above all a very strong man. Sengoku had a very unfortunate childhood. He was born in the United Isles of Fujiri (an undeveloped location in the leftmost areas of the Conqueror's Sea) During the "Tokugawa Eradication" He was born from the body of his mother who was beheaded about 15 minutes beforehand.
His mother was protecting a Sacred Artifact Scroll as had been her mission from the emperor (Sengoku's Father) Mitsuhiko Tokugawa, Himself... Because she was murdered at random while in a Village that was under Tokugawa influence, she still maintained the scroll, a scroll that held the secret to Immortality and revival of the dead (a souvenir from the Shadow isles to the East).
Sengoku barely lived for 2 days without moving, crying in the night. Soon a random foot soldier from the opposing faction appeared. He followed the cries of the child and arrived to see a barely living child half inside his mother. He also noticed the Scroll. he took the scroll, from the woman's corpse and prepared to put the child out of his misery, when suddenly, both the child and the scroll were wisped away. Unbeknownst to the soldier, it was a Magical Being known as Bard who took the child and nursed him back to health. He then cared for the child for 5 years.
Bard wiped the Child's memories of him, and left him on the outskirts of a Village near the Borders of Touto, where he became a thief and pickpocket for years to come. Though in the peasant class of people, he was able to read, and occasionally he would Steal books on the ideas of Dhiloism (a way of living by freeing yourself of mind and body). As if fate had called, he soon found himself stealing an extremely valuable katana, that he eventually decided to practice with. The wielding of the Blade as well as the teachings left him to become a very Powerful sword-fighter. Eventually he was caught by Tokugawa's army. Instead of fighting, a voice in his head told him to go with the flow of the situation. As part of his punishment he was sent to be a vanguard soldier on the battlefield, with the expectation to die almost instantly.
Instead of dying, during his first battle he Single-handedly killed over 300 men in melee combat. his strength toppled many men and beasts alike, and his incredible speed allowed him to dart forward and destroy a lot of the Archer's in the back, greatly weakening their formation. This was known as the battle of Quan, and Sengoku was pardoned as a prisoner and honored - all of this at the age of 17. He never wanted a commanding position in the army, he simply wanted to fight, so he stayed in the army gaining an incredible reputation. In the span of his 10 years in service he only received one serious injury, but in return he slaughtered over 5000 men, until the war ended.
after 10 more years of doing nothing but nonstop training, he decided to travel the world of Runeterra, in search of greater foes to Topple. It's said that after he kills a man, he will say 10 Sutras, to honor the fallen men. Not even he, knows where his incredible power comes from.

He's an AD Melee fighter/Assassin Champion, naturally bases on the Samurai. He thrives in battle and thus find his strengths are fighting very powerful opponents. In Short he is a Duelist. He is AD so he can quickly take objectives however a blunt of his Kit requires him to be in Incredibly close range, building Him glass canon is good, but it's recommended that he also have a bit of health stats on him. It's also recommended he get a Sheen in some form. He is resourceless.

Mastery Of the Blade: 10/9/8/7/5 Second Cooldown Passive:
Sengoku gains natural lifesteal. when attacking a Neutral monster under 100 health, he will destroy the monster. Active: Sengoku deals +3 damage per strike on weaker enemies +5 if the enemy deals more damage than him; +2 True damage if the enemy is has more HP and armor than him, for 4 seconds.
W:
Rush in: 11/9/8/7/6 Second Cooldown Holds 2 charges. Sengoku Quickly Dashes in the direction of the cursor, his next basic attack up to 3 seconds after activation will do +30% damage
**E: **
Super Speed Parry: 12/11/10/9/7 Passive: every 4th basic attack against Sengoku deals half damage. This Passive only works when not on cooldown Active: for 2 seconds Sengoku will rapidly deflect every Basic attack. Against ranged champions he will instead deal 10% of the damage he reflected Back to the marksman

Reaper's Slash: 100/75/40 Second Cooldown Will instantly dash and then slash clean through an enemy. this creates a cutting effect and Sengoku will appear on the opposite side of the enemy champion an equal distance from where he started. Enemies hit by this ability will bleed out for 3 seconds.
