Make champs melee/ranged based on firing a projectile, not range
I don't understend how can some champion be ranged it they attack like melles: Thresh and Rakan. Rakan even comes and slaps you, yet he is ranged because he has greater range? I would really like to make these 2 and all future champions melee/ranged not based on the range of their aa, but based on firing or not a projectile with their aa. Also looking at Relic Shield nerfs on surr20. http://www.surrenderat20.net/2018/01/112-pbe-update.html "50% healing if the owner is ranged." I know this is mostly to stop adc from buying this, but it will hurt Thresh too. No, I don't say Thresh needs buffs, but removing Face of the Mountain passive and active shield and now making healing weaker are quite big nerfs. I think being able to execute minions would be great recompensate. Making Rakan melee would open new builds options for him too.
