##Warlords Bloodlust

  • Passive: Gain a unique stat, Soulsteal. Gain +10% Soulsteal per every enemy that is killed, +20% Soulsteal if Melee. In addition cannot gain the benefits of Lifesteal, Shielding or any form of Healing besides Health Regeneration.

  • The healing Soulsteal gives is both from abilities and basic attacks, in addition the healing gained from Soulsteal cannot be decreased by debuffs such as Grievous Wounds or be increased by items like Spirit Visage. The maximum amount of Soulsteal is capped at 60% Upon being killed loose -10% Soulsteal,

Healing with Soulsteal:

10% Soulsteal = 7.5% of the damage that you deal to enemies, with Auto Attacks and Abilities.

This doesn't really fit Domination. Domination is about burst and access, but this is a sustain rune.

Also, now a top laner who gets 3/0 against the newbie on my team can now stomp around with 45% lifesteal? And we need to starve that player for kills and get six kills to work that stat back to 0%? That's pretty brutal.

So let me get this straight: One "enemy" slain and I instantly get 7.5% lifesteal, AND 7.5% spellvamp? Actually, it's better than spellvamp because it's not reduced by AoE effects.

The only catch is that I can't be a jungler because I have no lifesteal and can't be healed by scuttle, or jungle plants, or by anyone I gank until I get a kill.

Or I could just take Ravenous Hunter, which gets me almost as much spellvamp after one takedown. And also heals me even without a takedown. And I can't lose stacks. And I'm not locked out of buying healing items, taking other healing runes, or getting healed by anyone else on my team with a Locket, Redemption, or literally any other healing/shielding spell.
