I was wondering if Riot could implement in a CUSTOM game mode where you have 100% CDR, unlimited mana/energy, and you start the game at level 18. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY IP/XP.
The reason I suggest this should be implemented is to test out champions at their full potential and try ability combos.

Rito has said no sandbox mode multiple times. They should it would do something like hurt people's feelings. Not sure where they were going with it.

Maybe even remove champion limits as well so people can do "All for one" stuff as well for fun purposes.
