THE RULES:
- Any AD bonus provided by an item is replaced with AP and vise versa.
- % Armor Pen/Lethality provided by an item is replaced with %/flat Magic Pen and vise versa.
- Autos now scale with AP and deal magic damage.
- Autos deal bonus physical damage to towers that scales with AD instead of magic/AP.
- Champion base AD (and scaling) is changed to AP.
WHICH MEANS:
