Particle chroma packs

What if we had particle chroma packs? We could mix and match them with other chroma packs and skins. Like imagine playing classic Ezreal with Red particles, or Pulsefire Ezreal with Green particles (add a Green chroma on him for good measure)

What do you think?

How easy/hard is it for Riot to recolor particles?
