[Champion Concept] Vinny, The Wannabe Rockstar!

Hello! Its nice to see that somebody is reading this. As the title suggests it is indeed a Champion Concept, i'd like to hear everybody's criticism in the comments no matter how nice/rude they are. *All feedback helps, also take note: These pictures are purposely drawn looking really bad/ as if nobody put effort into them. *They are indeed all "drawn by Vinny" as a joke that along with be a bad guitarist hes also not the best artist.

I got this idea when I was listening to League while playing some music while thinking about Sona's concept as a champion. The idea of a musical weapon itself was intriguing to me. I really enjoyed the idea of using music to attack/help your enemies/teammates. And, knowing that Sona is the one of the only champions that uses music to attack wouldn't be overdoing it like how many champions we have that rely on using swords/guns.

Personality: Vinny is a 16-year old yordle that ever since he was a mere child, he enjoyed music to such an extent that no matter where he went, he would either be listening to music, singing, or just trying to do something that involved a beat that he could follow. Vinny is just a bit bigger than Teemo and his guitar is about the size of two minions (Still deciding heights.) Vinny might look like hes just a bit rude and maybe a bit too bashful and in the slightest just a little too big for his britches but on the inside he really is a nice and thoughtful guy. Lore: In Bandle City, a rather peculiar yordle hums his favorite song in public as he happily greets people walking by. Hes unaware of the truth but hes happy so nobody decides to tell him, they loved his music anyway, and if they actually knew, they probably wouldn't tell them either. Vinny was always a happy child with many friends he loved to play with everyday. Vinny, since a young age, had always felt a strong bond between him and music, he could never pinpoint why he loved it so much. The sounds of rock songs with their true purpose hidden deep within the lyrics couldn't hide from Vinny. He could always interpret the music as well as he heard it. Vinny loved music so much that when he got older he decided he would try to take up playing an instrument. Vinny's first instrument lesson was with guitar. Vinny tried his hardest and played as best as he could but for some reason, he just couldn't play it. The notes never came out right no matter how hard he tried to focus. Vinny never got why he couldn't do it, so, naturally he just blamed the guitar. Eventually his instructor completely gave up on him, which forced Vinny into a depression in which he barely left his room. He wanted to be a music sensation like his favorite bands and his instructor's reaction destroyed him. Vinny's parents got worried and decided they would find him a new guitar that could work for him. They met a strange man in a shop that gave them a red electric guitar for free named Stephy. His parents took it without questioning the man and returned it to Vinny. When he got over his sadness, he tried it out and to his surprise before he even touched it, a cord played by itself. But, it did't just stop there, everytime he tried to touch a cord, the cord would play just seconds before he touched it and then it got to a point where it played a song by itself with Vinny only having to nearly touch the cords. He enjoyed it for a while and it returned him to his happy state knowing that he was no longer a bad guitarist.

About a week later, Vinny was walking through Bandle City when a robbery was happening. Vinny didn't know why he did it but he quickly hit three random notes and to his surprise his guitar fired some sort of music note at which hit the robber and stunned him in place just in time for others to rush in and help. Vinny noticed that day that his guitar seems to play differently depending on his mood.

Gameplay: (STILL IN WORK!) Vinny is either going to be a fighter or marksman, I plan for him to be able to use his guitar to shoot notes at people (Yeah, thats logical.) If I decide I want him to be a marksman, i'm using that idea. If I plan for him to be a fighter he will use his guitar to hit things. He starts off with high health, moderate speed, low defense, and normal stats. -Cords-: Instead of starting off with mana, Vinny starts off with 0 Cords. How I want cords to work is that, whenever Vinny (hits/shoots) a minion, monster, or champion he gains 1 cord. These cord's only purpose is for when Vinny uses his special moves : Q,W,E, & R. They cap at 10 and his skills still have cooldowns just to make sure you don't get endlessly W'd

R: Rockstar Rebel! Vinny gains 10% attack damage, 20% Cooldown Reduction, and 10 Cords when activated. (This lasts for 5 seconds) (Magic Damage = More % Damage) (10 Cords)

Taunt: Vinny plays a quick tune and then says one of his taunt quotes.

Laugh: Vinny leans on his guitar and gives a quick little laugh

Dance: Vinny starts actually playing the guitar and constantly repeats the same tune as he "Headbangs" to it.

Joke: Vinny pretends to lick the guitar and accidentally actually does it and says one of his Joke Quotes.

Recall: Vinny actually starts trying to play the guitar and is greeted with some unsavory noises

Death: Vinny attempts to use SLAM!!! (Anyone within the area will take 1 damage as a joke) but the explosion is too much for him to handle and it blasts him on his back.

"Haaa- URGH I NEVER LEARN" Recall: "Hmm..Uhh...Eh...I'll try again after this." "Comon...I just sounded perfect now whats wrong..." "Doot? Doot? Nope..." Death: "Oh crap!" "Well, at least I trie-" "FRIGGIT" Q,W,E,R: (Just says the name of the move) Taunting Gnar (Team/Enemy): "Little dude! Lets start a band!" " Awesome, your boomerang makes musical noises!" "Good to know that we are both musically talented." Taunting Sona (Team): "Piano lady! Lets start a band!" "What you don't have for a voice you make up in musical quality!" "MUSICAL WEAPONS!~(Singing)" Taunting Twitch (Enemy): "I can't concentrate on rocking out while you stink up the place..." Taunting Rengar (Enemy): "I'm about to blast a Grumpy cat to bits!" Rengar Taunting Vinny (Enemy): "You're lucky I don't mount child heads on my wall!' Vinny Buys A Bloodthirster: "Heh, this redefines "licks"

Friends/Rival Lore: Gnar: Vinny was interested in the little guy's behavior and how he would dance and sing. Sona: Vinny loves that he isn't the only one that has a musical weapon ---Rivals--- Rengar: Teamed up with Twitch to break his guitar after they got annoyed by Vinny's playing which resulted in them trying to sneak up on Vinny which ended up with Vinny getting scared and nearly blowing them up with SLAM!!! Rengar isn't too happy about nearly being blown up. Twitch: Doesn't really find him as a rival more of just a little pest but Vinny considers him a rival after he learned about what they tried to do to his guitar.
