"Azir had his chance. Now it is time for Shurima to be ruled properly."
CCOS Reviews! Pyrene, the Golden Dutchess
Basic Lore Nara was born a pauper, a simple bread-seller on the busy streets of Shurima. She had big aspirations for such a young girl, and always dreamed of living in the sun palace. Nara was willing to work to achieve this goal, and did a great many unsavory things to get there. While she may have sacrificed her dignity and morals, eventually her hard work paid off, and through her many contacts, managed to secure a spot as advisor to the emperor. She was two ways about Azir, thinking him arrogant, and often too trusting. Her suspicions were confirmed, when Xerath, the court's mage, unleashed a magical apocalypse upon the great city. Nara, wise to Xerath's deceit, hid herself away, deep underground, and emerged to find the great city destroyed. She fled the scene, wandering the desert, her rage building more and more everyday towards those that had destroyed her cherished land. Just as she was about to collapse, and die a painful heat death, the sands swirled around her, renewing her strength, and giving her a new body and mind. Nara had ascended, and her purpose was clear. She could sense Shurima's return, and she vowed to kill both the treacherous magus, and the foolish King, and rule Shurima for herself. It had always been her destiny.
Expanded Lore Another step. The desert heat made the beams of the setting sun warp and distort, casting a heavy malaise over the landscape that the young woman was currently wading through. Her sandal crashed down. Another step. She winced, muttering under her breath.
"That magus..." she hissed, planting her staff firmly in the sand for her next staff. "Shurima. It's all gone." she panted, turning her head to look over the long stretch of sand. She could see it now: the busy bazaar, with its whites and golds, a jubilant scene indeed, one that she had been a part of. She was not well off in her youth, and had learned the value of hard work from an early age, selling bread on the corner to the various ruffians who would often try to short change her. She still had claws back then, and even beat up a boy twice her age one day, when he refused to pay. Another step. She blinked a few times, trying to dispel the illusion, but it persisted. She saw the palaces every day, and she had always gazed up at them in moonlit nights. She wanted to be there, wanted to live the life of luxury, and experience all the city had to offer. She was determined, and there was a great deal of power in determination. From whore to concubine to dignitary, she had climbed up the ladder, sacrificing a great deal of things along the way, first of which being her dignity. The memories were hard to recall.
Her focus was distrupted, her breaths heavy. She hadn't drank anything in days, and she was almost certain she had been wandering around in circles. She was almost sure that she would die in the desert, yet she kept moving, to an uncertain goal. Just like when she had finally secured a spot in the palace, as an advisor, and object, to one of Azir's advisers. Azir, the emperor of the sands. Peh. What a foolish man he was. He was arrogant, entitled. He was everything the commoners had said of him, yet at the time, she scarcely wanted to believe it. But now, it was all too clear. His magi was even worse, and she had had her immediate suspicions about him. She heard his mutterings under his breath, and noticed that he often stayed late in a private study. One night, she had followed him, and heard a whisper of his plans. She had told the others, but the foolish king and his advisors would not hear of it from someone so low as her.
She winced, clutching her chest, nearly falling over, were it not for the support of her staff. She would not last long. She stared at the dune in front of her, thinking that if she could just make it over that dune, everything would be alright. Another step, another, then she stumbled, and fell, her head firmly resting in the heated caress of the dune. Day grew into night, and the sand grew cold. She could not move.
She heard of the ceremony, and fearing the worst, she had hid in an ancient crypt buried underground. What she returned to was so horrible that she could not describe. The beautiful city that was once Shurima was now in ruins, destroyed completely by the power hungry mage's ritual. Most of Shurima had been killed in one fell swoop, and the rest had fled, probably awaiting the same fate as her. As she shivered on the ground, her hatred for those that had destroyed her city welled up in her, growing into a powerful fire. She closed her eyes, and let the world fade into darkness...
She had expected death, but when she awoke, it was to the orange glow of the rising sun. She felt energized, powerful, and had changed completely. Her form was powerful, lithe, with the fearsome claws and teeth of a prideful puma. She leaped to her feet, scaling the dunes, to see the Sun Disc- the last remnant of Shurima, glittering high above the sands. She immediately knew her purpose. It was to kill Xerath and the foolish emperor Azir, and rule Shurima for herself. It had always been her destiny.

https://i.imgur.com/mq0IkFU.jpg Passive: Usurper The enemy champion with the highest level is marked as the Emperor. Scoring a kill on the Emperor will reward Nara with 15 Gold x the Emperor's Level and will cause Nara to enter Usurper's Bloodlust for 6 seconds, which increases her attack speed by 40%. If a new Emperor surpasses the current one, Nara will be alerted, and the Emperor will change after 1 minute (if they are still the highest level.)
https://i.imgur.com/CkC2Spv.jpg Q: Twin Vipers Basic Attack Enhancer - Attack Speed Steroid - Champion-targeted dash Mana Cost: 40 Cooldown: 8 Passive: Assists and large monster kills grant two stacks of Killing Edge, while Kills and Epic monster kills grant five. Basic attacks against the Emperor gain +1 Lethality per stack, up to 10/15/20/25/30. When Nara enters Usurper's Bloodlust, this bonus Lethality is applied on all of her basic attacks during the duration, after which all stacks of Killing Edge are lost.
Active: Nara empowers her next basic attack to leap 300 units to the target. Her next two basic attacks then gain 50/60/70/80/90% attack speed.
https://i.imgur.com/c7XYS5a.jpg W: Plague of Locusts Ground targeted AoE - Damage over Time - Armor Reduction - Slow Mana Cost: 60 Cooldown: 18/17/16/15/14 Active: Nara summons a plague of locusts that travel slowly along the ground in an area, originating from Nara, and moving 1200 units in a target direction for 8 seconds. Enemies caught within the area take 10/12/14/16/18 (+20% Bonus AD) physical damage and have their armor reduced by 1/2/3/4/5 (Max 5/10/15/20/25) every .5 seconds, and are increasingly slowed by 10/12/14/16/18%, up to 50/60/70/80/90% while they remain in the area. Maximum damage: 80/96/112/128/144 (+160% Bonus AD)
https://i.imgur.com/hTKdb0e.jpg E: Mirage Ground Targeted Blink - Channeled ability Mana Cost: 80/70/60/50/40 Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 Active: After a 1.5 second uninterruptable channel, Nara teleports to target location within 800 units. Nara can basic attack and cast spells freely during the channel.
https://i.imgur.com/YUeoPjY.png R: Kingdom of the Sands Ground Targeted AoE - Ability Enhancer Mana Cost: 100 Cooldown: 90/80/70 Active: Creates a 800/1000/1200 unit zone within 800 units which persists for 6/8/10 seconds. While Nara is in the zone, her basic attacks deal 20/40/60 (+60% AP) bonus magic damage, and casting Twin Vipers or Mirage within the zone reduces the cooldowns of both abilities by 80%.
Play Patterns
Jungling-
Clear camps with Plague of Locusts and
. Use Mirage with Kingdom of the Sands to secure objectives, then teleport back to safety.
Ganking- Use Mirage to teleport near an enemy and Plague of Locusts to slow them, casting it in the direction that they're running. Or use Plague of Locusts to seal off an escape route, approaching with Twin Vipers, saving Mirage for when they use a dash of their own. Gank weaker enemies to build up Lethality to burst the Emperor in a teamfight, or use the bonus Lethality from jungle camps to secure kills on the emperor.
Teamfighting- Use Kingdom of the Sands and Mirage to engage on the Emperor. Dispatch them quickly and then use Mirage again to teleport to safety, or use Usurper's Bloodlust's attack speed and bonus Lethality to clean up.
Balance
Cons-
Nara has a weak early game, and requires farm to gain the Lethality required to kill enemies. She relies on
or her clears will be slow, and she may take too much damage from the jungle camps early on. Nara has no Crowd Control, and while she gains an incredible amount of Attack Speed from Twin Vipers, she has no real burst damage. Her damage against targets other than the Emperor is surpassed by other junglers.
Pros- Nara is able to destroy the most dangerous enemy on the enemy team, even when behind, which can turn the tide of important teamfights. She has good sticking power, and the Armor reduction of Plague of Locusts allows her to duel tanks without issue. Nara has easy escapes and easy gank patterns, due to Mirage and Kingdom of the Sands.

item. It will also help with jungle clear speeds. The constant lethality boost against is really strong in lane, and when ganking. Late game teamfights Nara will be able to shred targets if she can proc her Usurper's Bloodlust early.
's Rift Walk is only 500 units. The distance it can travel, the speed at which it occurs, still being able to use abilities and attack, and making it uninterruptible, makes Mirage incredibly overpowered. I think I know what you are trying to accomplish with Mirage, and again it fits really well with the theme, but it needs to be toned back a little bit. Being able to flash every 5 seconds removes any counter-play potential and would make ganks almost impossible to avoid. It is just too strong in it's current form.
