New concept to practice tool?

One of my late night thoughts, and granted, I don't know how hard it is to program or create, but what if you were able to spawn in champions, like how the dummies are, and be able to test out synergies between your champion and the bot, but instead of the bot being full retard, you can program it to do what you want. Maybe make commands in the chat tool to be able to put in specific commands? I apologize that I don't do my research and know if someone has brought this up previously.
