How does spirit visage work?

I personally love the spirit visage changes with now adding buff to all heals, but if a has spirit visage, and heals someone else with spirit visage, do both the passives multiply the heal, or is it just one?

It only helps Taric's heal for himself. It only helps self heals and I think it increased hp per 5.

Let's say you give Garen a heal. He has a Spirit Visage.

Your heal value is 100 Hp. Spirit Visage adds 20% of 100. So, you get 120 total heal.

Same with life steal. Let's say an ADC builds BT and SV (for whatever reason). If his normal hits heal for 30 health, then SV adds 20% of 30 into the total heal, giving 36 heal.
