How does spirit visage work?

I personally love the spirit visage changes with now adding buff to all heals, but if a has spirit visage, and heals someone else with spirit visage, do both the passives multiply the heal, or is it just one?

It only helps Taric's heal for himself. It only helps self heals and I think it increased hp per 5.

Okay, I misread the item, it says "All heals received."

If say Olaf has Spirit Visage, and Taric heals him with his Q, then the healing is increased.

It'll give him increased healing.

Yeah, sorry wasn't sure if you meant "self heals" meaning only applying to heals by oneself. But yes only 1 person benefits from the heal at a time.

Let's say you give Garen a heal. He has a Spirit Visage.

Your heal value is 100 Hp. Spirit Visage adds 20% of 100. So, you get 120 total heal.

Same with life steal. Let's say an ADC builds BT and SV (for whatever reason). If his normal hits heal for 30 health, then SV adds 20% of 30 into the total heal, giving 36 heal.
