Raikira the Fangs of the Storm

Hello everyone me again with another champion concept idea about a Dual blade wielding Ionian samurai lightning theme champion name "Raikira". Raikira is the first daughter of one of Ionia Royal family was said to be a genius. She was sent to the Ionia School of sword where she master the "Flash Blade Style". A sword art that utilise fast movement speed with two different length sword to confuse the opponent on your attack range so you can lower their guard to deliver the killing blow with the long sword. After graduating the school of sword she was recognise by the Ionian elder for her talents and was gifted with a mystical blade called Storm Caller. Legend say the blade hold the spirit of a fearsome dragon named Ao Shin, a dragon that said to be able to call storms that ravish the land with rain of thunder. When Raikira held the blade she sense the rage of the storm dragon course through her body and it shocked her unconscious. Upon waking up Raikira was determined to master the blade and tame the spirit within. She set out on a journey to master the blade and strengthen her will.

** Passive Ability**

1. Numbing Blade: Each one of Raikira attack will send a current of electric through her blade to her target and lower their attack speed/movement by 2%/3%/4%. Stack 5x
2. Flash Style: Has Raikira move/attack she build up her flash bar located under her hp bar. When it reach to 100% her attack range is increase from 120- 500 for her next auto attack it will crit.

**(Q) Lightning Blade **

• Passive: Raikira can gain 15/30/45% attack speed
• Active: Raikira blades will become charge and she will fire a lightning bolt in a targeted location that will damage enemy for 160/190/210/240/270 (+70%ap)

(W) Blitz strike

Active: Raikira can dash to a location any enemy struck on the way will be damage for 140/160/180/200/220 (+50%ad)(+30%ap)

(E) Lightning Rod

Active: Raikira throw her blade to a location that will be struck by a thunderbolt. Enemy that get stroke will be stun for 1.25sec and be damage for 150/160/170/180/190 (+50%ap). If Raikira is struck by any thunderbolt she gain a shield for 10% of her hp(+50ap).

(R) Storm Wraith

• Active 1: Raikira call upon a storm that will rage for 14sec covering the entire map that will rain down lightning bolt that damage for 140/170/210 (+73%ap). There will be an indicator on where the lightning will strike.

• Active 2: Raikira can activate it a second time to fire a energy wave across the map the same range has lux lazer. Damage 200/300/400( 100%ap)
