...does this mean that they don't interrupt a champion's skin release schedule? Just like Chromas?

Because Worlds skins are made mandatory, they're not "hey, it's been a while since this champ's last skin" or "hey I got this great idea, let's do this." Riot is forced to make these skins.

Therefore, logically, it should be fair to assume that they are not interrupting a champion's skin release schedule, because Worlds skins aren't officially planned skins, they're skins that are forced to be made.

But something tells me that Riot might consider the skins to be part of a standard schedule anyway, despite how disappointing it would be. Which is why I'm asking this question.
