After looking through the skins and such I noticed how some champs like Illaoi, the Kraken Preistess 
and Urgot, the Headsman's Pride 
don't have even 3 to 4 skins, does anyone know why? I'm not hating Riot but I'm curious why don't they give Urgot, Illaoi, Nunu and others skins instead of Jinx and such?
Jinx just got a new skin, nunu has quite a few skins, Illinois is a newer champion, so they usually give it time for new champions. They also have to have ideas that aren't from the community, and a solid idea that isn't used much. Urgot is a special case, because he's on the no skins list until he gets a rework, just because as a business choice, it's not good to try and get players to invest in a skin for a champion that is going to get reworked. If a player doesn't like the rework, after they buy the skin, they then feel like they wasted money.
