This would be mainly a new skin set for Rakan and Xayah

the idea is that we make a crime fighting duo skin for these two ala

Special effects would include VFX onomatopoeia's like " WHIFF"/ "SCHWING"/ "BAFF" https://chagfordfilmfestival.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/09/batman-pow.png a real love letter to manga/comic books

If you wanted a third wheel you could of course include Quinn since she too has the whole bird thing going on. Make Val a robo-helper animal gadget and give Quinn her own little outfit.

You don't have to EXACTLY copy Gatchaman but obviously have your artist derive inspiration from them along with other 70's comic book/manga caped crusaders.

I feel like Riot unintentionally gimped themselves when it comes to Aesthetics personally.

Like every second skin they release feels like it's mediocre as a result of their cosmetics system.

Yeah, but Swain and Fiddles give that "EVIL" vibe, and Silverhawks villains were not all that bird based.
