What's funny is this works on two levels. the five could be Kayn, Rhaast, Varus, Val, and Kai OR it could just mean the five darkin remaining (with the three representing the three currently revealed)
damn that taunt has some layers.
I'm quite sure he meant him, varus and aatrox but then it was revealed that there are actually 5 darkin left
Do also note that Varus said in his comic that he wants to "Reunite the five"
