@Riot Can we get a greenlight committee for player made custom skins?

I've seen a lot of custom made skins that definitely seem to meet the standards that League uses for its own skins. But it's sad cause you can't use them in game without risk of being banned.

Can we please get a committee from the skin development team that takes a look at player made skins that receive a certain amount of player support? And then judge if they meet League standards for a skin and if they're not copyrighted material or essentially the same as existing skins? Not only would this make a lot of players happy who can use some of the awesome custom skins around, it would also increase revenue for Riot if they added more skins to the store without having to wait for their own development teams to make them.
