Proposed Shaco Rework idea
Shaco rework
Passive: Coulrophobia: Shaco's auto attacks and E deal more damage when they hit a champion in the back, or a champion who is feared.
Q: Decieve: Unchanged.
W: Jack in a box: Shaco throws a readied Jack in a Box, which will "pop" and fear nearby enemies, causing a small explosion and dealing magic damage in a burst (instead of the turret thing he has now)
E: Two-Shiv Poison: Shaco throws a dagger (thin line skillshot) which deals physical damage scaling off of AD, and applies a poison that scales off of AP. Has a relatively low CD. Also applies a slow. The poison can stack up to 3 times.
R: Hallucinate: Shaco vanishes and reappears with a clone. The clone itself functions the same as now. However, on death, the clone explodes into a cloud of confetti and gas. This fears any nearby enemies, and applies Two-Shiv Poison's DOT to them. When Shaco throws a box or dagger, his clone also throws one.
Notes: I personally see this fixing a lot of Shaco's current problems. It makes him less cheesy with his boxes, and being able to throw them for a CC effect makes them more useful in teamfights. This rework also opens him up to different playstyles, since he can be AD or AP, and they both change the way he plays. Whether you're poisoning your enemies and watching them slowly die before finishing them with a box and Q combo, or you're autoing in between dagger throws, or maybe a mix of both. Adding extra skillshots to his clone makes his clone more dynamic, and lets players who are good at controlling their clone wreak havoc and spread fear across the field. I don't really do numbers or anything like that, but I feel like this would be an awesome direction to go in for the character.
