An AP/MR componement, a banshee recipe update

Banshee's Veil feels awfull to build sometimes. It takes really long to compleet what make it really difficult to act as an frontline with it. Compaired to it's counterpart the item has a lot more room to work with. So I was thinking about a nen componement that would change it up a little bit:

#New Item

• Recipe: Amplifying Tome (435) + Null-Magic Mantle (450) + 515 [=1400]
• Stats: 35 Ability Power, 35 Magic Resistance
• Unique Passive: After been hit by magic damage, increases your base movementspeed by 5 for 2 seconds.

#Banshee

• ** Recipe:** New Item (1400) + (900) + 700 [= 3000]
• Stats: +75 ability power, +10% cooldown reduction, +60 magic resistance [unchanged]
• UNIQUE: Grants a Spell Shield spell shield that blocks the next enemy ability. This shield refreshes after no damage is taken from enemy champions for 40 seconds. When the Spell Shield is down your gain 5% increased movementspeed for the duration the Spell Shield is down. [buff, passive to comp added to Banshee passive]
