#2. KIT

......................................... ........................................................................... Unique Mechanics Can't Stop Me As you level up, your movement speed steadily increases. However, your movement speed can't be increased or decreased by any sources. Movements speed buffs and debuffs can be applied to you, but they will have no effect. Same goes for items, masteries and runes. ........................................................................... .........................................

......................................... ........................................................................... Vengeance Suffering direct damage from an enemy champion cause you to generate 1 vengeance. When nearby allied champion is killed, generate 6 vengeance. In addition, generate 1 vengeance ever 3 sec. Vengeance doesn't decay over time. Reaching 10 vengeance will cause you to gain 5/8/11/14/17/20 (+1 per each nearby enemy champion) bonus armor and magic resist for 4 sec. Gaining additional vengeance, when you already have 10, will also trigger this bonus armor and magic resist, refreshing the duration.

Max range from enemy champions to get bonus armor and magic resist: 800 ........................................................................... .........................................

......................................... ........................................................................... Passive Jegger Power Every 12 sec (starts after regeneration wear off), you will regenerate 10% (+1% per nearby enemy champion) of your missing health over 3 sec, cause your next basic attacks to become ranged and this basic attack will mark your target for 3.5 sec. Your other abilities will consume the mark for bonus effects.

Max range from enemy champions to get bonus healing: 800 Attack range of ranged attack: 450 ........................................................................... .........................................

......................................... ........................................................................... Q Death Cannon Target a direction. After short delay, burn all enemies in line for 60/90/120/150/180 (+3% of your max health) (+30% of AP) magic damage. You can delay releasing this ability by up to 2 sec, by holding down the ability button, causing this ability overcharge. If you overcharge this ability completely, it will deals its damage twice to all hit enemies (that means double damage). Each hit will apply on-spell-cast affects. Killing an unit with this ability will grant 1 vengeance.

Jegger Burn: hitting an enemy with this ability, who is marked by your Jegger Power, will cause that enemy to lose 30/35/40/45/50% of his/her movement speed for 2 sec. This will consume the mark.

If you use this ability while you are charging via Rage Mantle, this ability will be instantly cast in the same direction after you land, but you will not be able to charge it.

Delay/ casting time: 0.4 sec, up to 2.4 sec (you can move while casting) Range: 475 (direction is locked while you are casting, same as Taric's stun) Cooldown: 8 sec Vengeance cost: 2 ........................................................................... .........................................

......................................... ........................................................................... W Crimson Blade Perform an arcing attack in front of you, dealing 50/75/100/125/150 (+2% of your max health) (+60% of AD) physical damage to the first enemy you hit. If this ability kills an enemy, then this ability's damage will be permanently increased by 4. You can delay releasing this ability by up to 2 sec, by holding down the ability button, causing this ability overcharge. If you overcharge this ability completely, it will hit twice or two enemies, if first enemy hit gets killed. This ability is not treated as a basic attack and will not apply on hit effects.

Jegger Slasher: hitting an enemy with this ability, who is marked by your Jegger Power, will cause this ability to deal 20/24/28/32/36% more damage to that enemy. This will consume the mark.

If you use this ability while you are charging via Rage Mantle, you will hit first enemy in front of you, instead of performing an arcing attack.

Casting time: 0 sec, up to 2 sec (you can move while casting) Range: 280 Maximum arc degrees: 180 Cooldown: 6 sec Vengeance cost: 2 ........................................................................... .........................................

......................................... ........................................................................... E Rage Mantle Passive: basic attacks and direct damage dealing abilities from enemy champions will reduce remaining cooldown of this ability by 1 sec. However, cooldown reduction from any other source doesn't work on this ability.

Active: charge short distance, harden your mantle and cower your weak spots with it for 3 sec. While this ability lasts, you gain 20/25/30/35/40 bonus armor and magic resist. Suffering true damage will also cause you to regenerate 2.5% of your missing health (can't regenerate more, than 3% of your missing health every 0.5 sec). In addition, while this ability lasts, you can reactivate it (will not trigger dash), causing you to consume 1 additional vengeance and increase duration of this ability by 1 sec. You can reactivate this ability as many times as you want, if you have sufficient vengeance. If you encounter an enemy champion during your charge, the next ability you use will have 25% shorter cooldown.

You can use this ability while charging up another ability, without interrupting the charge up, but you will not dash.

Charge distance: 400 Cooldown: 30 sec (starts when this ability ends) Vengeance cost: 2 ........................................................................... .........................................

......................................... ........................................................................... R Concentrated Malice Target an enemy champion and after a short delay, release blast of dark energies, dealing 125/200/275 (+8% of your max health) (+100% of AD) (+80% of AP) magic damage to first enemy champion hit. If you hit the same enemy champion that you targeted, then that champion will be taunted to attack you for 2 sec. However, it this ability hit any other enemy champion, that enemy champion will not be taunted. You can delay releasing this ability by up to 2 sec, by holding down the ability button, causing this ability overcharge. If you overcharge this ability completely, the projectile will move 200% faster. Also, this ability executes all enemy minions in its way. This ability tracks your target only when you are releasing it, meaning enemy champions can dodge it.

Jegger Doomsday Cannon: hitting an enemy with this ability, who is marked by your Jegger Power, will cause this ability to deal true damage to that enemy. This will consume the mark.

Projectile speed: about 800 Delay/ casting time: 0.75 sec, up to 2.75 sec (you can't move while casting this ability) Cast range: 600 Missile travel range: unlimited (means it will travel through the whole map, if you miss your main target) Cooldown: 130/115/100 sec Vengeance cost: 5 ........................................................................... .........................................

#3. GAMEPLAY (Passive, Q, E and R are outdated, as i changed some small stuff)

To start, this is clearly a juggernaut type champion, which pretty unique and mechanically complex kit. He have its strengths and weaknesses. Main this is - he have very high damage at set intervals, when he combines passive and any of his other abilities into high bust combo. He lacks mobility and can't build it (except item 3152), he doesn't have any displacement or pull abilities and can only duel his enemies (have a little poke with Q, but if you fallen behind, coming so close to an enemy might be a bad idea). All of his damaged abilities can be charged up for bonus damage (click and hold), but that will also give enemies bonus time to escape. If charging is canceled and went incomplete, you will not get bonus damage. For example W is instant ability, as it naturally doesn't have casting time. You can charge it for up to 2 sec, causing a double attack. However, if you release it too soon (for example after 1.95 sec of charging), it will not have bonus effect from charging. So, charge your abilities when you are 100% you ain't gonna miss or don't charge at all, because not only you might miss, you will be also wasting time.

All your chargeable abilities will be released instantly, if you get hit by hard CC, thus canceling the charging effect, but will not cancel that ability itself.

Now, he have many things in his kit and that might be a little bit hard to take in (like Jhin have so much in his abilities, yet they could be explained pretty simply). So, i will try to explain everything.

Unique mechanics He naturally gains movement speed as he levels up. In no other way you may get or lose movement speed, but slows (as debuffs) can't be applies to you. They will simply have no effect on movement speed. This is important, because champions like Anivia is very dependent on her slowing debuff. Also, i am no sure how Thresh lantern should work. As for now, i think it should works normally on you.

Vengeance Get hit - get resource - expend it on hitting enemies back. When you reach max vengeance and when addition vengeance should be added (but can't, because you already have maximum value), you gain some bonus armor and magic resist. This bonus doesn't stack, but refreshes itself.

Passive Ranged basic attack will last for one hit, but will last until you use it, meaning you can get healed by this passive 3 times without attacking, but only your first basic attack will be ranged. Number of ranged attacks doesn't stack. Also, the more enemy champions are nearby, the stronger the heal will be. This ability works on the set interval (12 sec) and it is not affected by cooldown reduction. Right after this passive triggers, it is your burst window. For next 3.5 sec after using range basic attack, you have potential to dish out high burst. However, enemies can use this against you, because as you hit an enemy with your ranged basic attack, he/she will need to avoid you for 3.5 sec and then can engage on you, as you will deal significantly less damage without this passive.

Q Pretty simple. Targeted direction lock works in the same way as Taric's new stun. This ability have pretty low range, so i don't think you will have much luck trying to use it against range champions. This is mainly to poke melee champions and melt tanks. Also, if you need vengeance really quick, you can try to kill as many units with this ability as you can.

W Yes, it is have similarities to Nasus' q. However, this is not a basic attack ability. You will swing your sword in an ark, from left to right, dealing damage to the first enemy your blade hits. If this ability kills something, this ability will become stronger. Also, this is the highest damage potential ability in your kit (except maybe R). If you overcharge it and hit enemy, affected by your passive, at max rank you will be doing about 204 (+2.72% of your max health) (+81.6% of AD) (+5.44 for every killed enemy with this ability) + 150 (+2% of your max health) (+60% of AD) (+4 for every killed enemy with this ability) damage. That is quite a lot, but range is very low on this ability, so you can easily miss it. Also, enemy minions might get in the way and take that damage instead. You need to use this ability in the right angle, because this is an arcing attack.

E Pretty simple. Consume 2 vengeance for 3 sec and 1 additional vengeance (if you want) for 1 additional sec. If you have 10 vengeance, you can cause this ability to last for 11 sec. In addition, if some enemy champion continue to attack you, you can cause this ability to lats for the whole fight.

R You target an enemy, you track his location and release energy ball towards that location (tracks an enemy, even if he/she moves out of your casting range). However, after it gets released, it will no longer track anyone and will go in a straight line. If other enemy gets in the way, he/she will suffer the damage, but will not be marked. Only if you hit your original target, he/she will get marked. Also, mark triggers only if enemy use an ability (no matter what kind of summoner spell or ability was used, mark will cancel that ability and cause enemy to become taunted; also, canceled ability will not go on a cooldown, meaning Gangplank can attempt to cleanse it and then cleanse it). If marked enemy doesn't use an ability, then mark will expire without doing anything. This could be called as your second window of burst, because marked enemy will try to not use any abilities, giving you a chance to burst them down. With passive, this energy ball penetrated all defensive abilities, like Kayle Taric R, Yasuo windwall, Braum shield and similar effects, but will not hit unttargetable enemies, like Lissandra when she R'ed herself. Then missile will goes though them as a normal missile should.

In top You are massive melee powerhouse, who will only get stronger as game goes. Other melee enemies will have very hard time to fight against you, unless you will get behind heavily. Other juggernauts will have some problems with you, but if their get a good gank early, you will have problem with them. You main strengths are sustain and burst windows. You could either spends most of your time forming your W up (like Nasus with his Q) or try to duel enemies. You W is not as reliable as Nasus Q. While it could potentially do more damage and be a stronger ability, it is way harder to land. W is strong, don't underestimate it. But short range, arcing attack style, time to charge it up - all these things make it harder and harder to land. Your main nemesis - range enemies. You biggest nightmares - ranged enemies with lots of mobility. If you play smart, you can stay in you lane pretty ling, farm up and not get destroyed, but you will have pretty much 0% chance to duel them and win. Biggest counters: Vayne - until level 6 you can try something. After that - you have no chance. Quinn - you won't be even able to get close to her. Teemo - he will slowly worn you out. Urgot - early you have some chance. But later, he will poke you so hard, you will look like a stinking cheese. Azir - rare encounter top, but still pretty much impossible to you to win. Ekko - too much mobility, too much range, and can easily regenerate all damage you have do to him. Elise - she will slowly worn you out. Gangplank - early you have some chance. Later, he will become poking machine. Gnar - nope. You will get destroyed like no one ever was. Graves - same as Gnar. Jayce - same as Graves. Kalista - lol, you want to duel something? Eat the spear. Kayle - early, maybe you will be able to stay in lane for long. Later, she will melt you down, like an ice cube in a microwave. Kennen - so much pokes, wow. This pokemon will poke you hard. Kindred - lol, didn't you leaned anything? Dueling is impossible. Lissandra - pokes too hard. Lulu - poke, shield, poke, polymorph, poke. Nidalee - have you heard about the poking? How about a spear into your face? Pantheon - while not terribly huge counter, if he plays smart, you will have very hard time. Swain - forget about farming. Varus - early, can only poke. Later, can even kill you. Vladimir - no matter what you will do, you will lose. Yorick - has more range than you, have more sustain than you, pokes harder than you. If he tries to duel you, you will win. If he only pokes you, then you will not be able to do anything. Zed - early will be impossible to deal with. Your best bet would be to try to deny his farm, follow his as he roams. Yasuo - same as Zed.

Other lanes Well, he can't really go into other lanes. He can't go ADC, because he lacks range or CC. He can't go support, because he doesn't have any utility or CC. He can't go mid, because he lacks gap closers and range burst. He can't go jungle, because he lacks gap closers and CC.

So, why to pick this champion instead of any other champion? If you team lacks any tanking and only have squishies in it, this could be perfect champion to fill in as a tank. Enemies will not dare to engage on you team, as long you will be in front of it. Like Nasus, as game goes on, he gets only stronger and stronger, until he becomes a true monster, yet he is still pretty strong early, too. If you game team, which is aiming for late game power, you should pick this champion. Also, if you have many pulls in your team (Blitz, nautilus, thresh, darius, etc), this champions works very well with those. If enemy team is mostly melee, then boy, do this champion have a nice game.

#4.1 LORE (short version)

A certain magical board game become popular in Valoran, where magical figurines comes to life when people play the game. The creator of this game is unknown, but creator may consciously made game so that dreams, wishes and hopes, all emotions and thoughts people get from this magical board game would end up manifesting in the Dream Realm. There, dreams become real, recreating this magical board game and its final boss - Pazuzu Anzu, tailored based on an ancient tale about demon of the winds and chaos. As this creature got stronger, it started absorbing powers of the dream realm, becoming stronger and was even able to open gates between the worlds. Soon, he learned what he was and how he was created, he didn't like it, so he decided to change it, thus starting an invasion into Runeterra.

#4.2 LORE

A magical board game, called "Infinity tower", became popular over several years, especially between the youth. Kids, teens and even adults played it alike, because this game is fun, challenging and very interesting. Players have to clear one floor after another, until they reach the top and face the final boss - Pazuzu Anzu. Yet, as more people played it, more thoughts, emotions and dreams were put into it, they started manifesting, becoming real, but in a different realm - the Dream Realm. ..............................

#The Dream Realm

A place created after first one rune war. Made be several runemages who wanted to explore limits of rune magic. Place made with no limits and no forms. Creators split the place into six sides, or more correctly, six planes, but after many years they changed into grim and sad places to be:

Plane of Progress http://i65.tinypic.com/2e2pis0.jpg

Was created as never-ending self-building city with unimaginable technological advancements. Machines built machines which built even more machines. This cycle was fast and with each new machine everything in the plane evolved faster and faster. Creators of this plane intended it to become a technological heaven with robots who could surpass anything and everything from Runeterra or any other world. However, when its creators died and plane was left unchecked it self-destruct in a way. With no one to control what should be created and what shouldn't, a lot of war machines, mass-destruction tools and any number of other dangerous tools were made there until everything collapsed creating huge devastation through out the plane. Now there exists only remnants of technology which were created. Empty factories, broken vaults, many number of sentient robots without anything to do, many number of other metallic dream beings. It is cold, harsh and grim place, like a post-apocalyptic city from future. Sky is always covered with rank layer of clouds and ashes, air is full of CO2 and SO2. This plane is devastated and it will never be as it once was. It is a lonely and lifeless place, but yet, there is things to find. Not everything was destroyed and not everything is lost forever, because there is still some technological wonders hidden in this plane, waiting to be found. It may be a dark place, but where there are shadows, there also have to be the light.

Plane of Kings http://i63.tinypic.com/2qd7fx1.jpg

Never-ending city of mansions and castles covered with forest and rivers. It is city built into the forest and forest built around the city. Line between nature and civilization disappeared there. People who created this plane hoped for to become perfect place for new civilization to be formed. One which the nature. Wild-life, different plants, fishes, bugs and much much more was taken there from Valoran to become a perfect combination of nature and civilization. So sad that it was left alone to decay after its creators died. Once beautiful city started to crumble, plants started to take over this realm. Sun, rain, wind and fertile soil allowed plants to take over this plane faster and faster. However, animals met something which wasn't there before. As dreams beings started to appear, many of peaceful animals fell pray for new creatures. Hunt or be hunted, eat or be eaten - become new laws of this plane. Not like in any other plane, creatures born there resembles wild animals in Valoran and sometimes could be easily mistaken to be just a random animal. However, these dream beings are definitely not animals and posses intelligence close to a human. Oldest and wisest of them are even smarter than humans. Three oldest and strongest dream creatures of this plane are: Golden Stag, Endlessly-white Rabbit and Obsidian-night Owl.

Plane of Nightmares http://i64.tinypic.com/2zgf282.jpg

This place... was created as a trash bin for all other planes. Everything which become bad or not useful was thrown into this plane. Creators of the Dream Realm wasn't interested in doing anything with this plane, they just threw there everything they didn't want. Not health plants? Thrown away. Deformed creations? Thrown away. Like a big thrash-yard. This place is beyond dark. After creators of the Dream Realm died, this place was left to rod and twist. Many things is wrong there. This plane is connected to nightmares of people, so every dream beings born there is scary and obsessed with scary things. Creators haven't created sun or sky there, they just covered everything with fog. Darkness is only thing creatures of this plane knows. Dark beings roams this plane, hunts weaker ones and terrify astral visitors, sometimes even to death. One place no one should ever visit is this place. Darkness, eternal fog, malevolent beings and much much more malicious things lurks there. Evils beings are born there, but only the darkest creatures survive in this plane to tell about it.

Plane of Sanity http://i68.tinypic.com/2m7chub.jpg

Was built on idea, that everything could be recreated. Lost the person you love? Recreate him or her here. You miss your days as a kid in your old house? Recreate that old house here. Everything which were lost could be made here. If you lost something important, then make a copy of it in this plane. Everything could be made out of old memories in this plane. A lot of dead people was kinda brought back to life in this plane. Sadly, what happened to other planes happened here as well. Left alone this plane slowly turned into haunted world of long-dead people. Ghost of old memories roam this plane and tries to feel alive again. People visiting this place in their astral form leaves copies of their memories which also turns into wandering ghost of the past. Beings born there is harmless, but not friendly. They crave life, emotions and to be real. They would do anything to become alive. However, creatures of this plane is not any kind of ghost, but ghost of memories. Even a living person could have ghostly version of him or her in this plane. Sadness and loneliness covers this place, because it is a forgotten place with countless number of memory ghost who crave life. And if it sounds bad, just remember, creatures there are made of other people memories, so in a way, they suffer because other people put them there to suffer.

Plane of Joy http://i67.tinypic.com/2cmn9k7.jpg

This is truly sad place. Made for children as an endless park with infinite number of playgrounds, this plane was fun and welcoming. Just look how it turned out. After creators of this plane died there were no one felt to keep this place from dying. From fun to sad. With no kids to entertain and no grownups to keep it in place, this plane become truly sad. Yes, sometimes kids visit this place in their astral form, play there with their imaginary friends, but as children grow up, they never visit this plane again in their sleep. Moreover, their imaginary friends are left there as dream beings with no one to play with. Creatures in this plane are nearly harmless, but they are sad and lonely. They want to play with someone and will do anything to keep playing forever. Giant plush toys, wooden soldiers, big dolls and much more toy-like dream beings live in this plane. It is a lonely place with a lot of lonely beings, and only light it gets are from happy little visitors - kids. No wonder beings in this plane are obsessed with happiness and children.

Plane of History http://i63.tinypic.com/1zekri1.jpg

This plane is an endless museum of pasts. Historic cities, monuments, landmarks and everything old. Made to be a limitless historic plane of the past for people to learn about historic places. Creators of this plane created a guardian who was made to guard and build stuff in this plane. Everything historic and important was recreated there by the guardian. It keeps history and past, protects it. Guardian listens to old people who visits this plane in their dreams. It builds structures based on their memories and tries to preserve it. Even after creators of this plane died, guardian still keep this place in check and wards away any other dream beings from it. Plane of History is the one and only plane which didn't become twisted, grim or sad. It stayed as it was.

Dream realm was left alone when its creators died during second rune war. Unchecked this realm started to change, or one could say that it started to decay. All things build and created there slowly changed, little by little become twisted. People of Runeterra were connected with this realm, as its name suggest, through their dreams. Many people visited it at least once in their life, some even been there several times, however because they visit it in their astral bodies (dream bodies) they can not change anything there, but people often leave a little parts of themselves in the realm. Those parts grow, change, fuse together or split apart. That's how dream beings are made. Sometimes, when a person dies in his/her sleep, big part of them ends up in the Dream Realm. Creatures born there were different based on what plane they were born and live. Different plane is connected to different type of dreams:

  • Plane of Progress is connected to dreams of being lonely or being curious;
  • Plane of Kings is connected to dreams of being in the nature;
  • Plane of Nightmares is connected to bad and scary dreams;
  • Plane of Sanity is connected to dreams of lost ones and to dream of nostalgia;
  • Plane of Joy is connected to dreams of happiness and to dreams of children;
  • Plane of History is connected to dreams of past and dreams of old people.

Beings from the Dream Realm is usually harmless to people in Runeterra and can't exit this realm. However, there is few exceptions. As time gone by, some dream beings learned how to manipulate living people's dreams. That allowed those beings to move through different planes of the Dream Realm, get stronger and manipulate dreams of people even more. One of such were Nocturne (). He got so strong, that he was able to even kill people in their sleep and steal big parts of their souls into himself to become even stronger. He was born in Plane of Nightmares, but spent a lot of time in Plane of Sanity and Plane of Progress. There he learned a lot about Valoran and people there. However, Nocturne wasn't the first or even the strongest of dream beings. Many more creatures still lurks there. They wait for a chance to escape this realm.

The oldest and strongest being in the Dream Realm is something like demi-gods. Because time runs differently in the Dream Realm, many millennia passed there and Nocturne is quite young compared to the oldest beings of the Dream Realm. Currently, there are six dream demi-gods who lives in each plane.

Created by the man, the Dream Realm is no way perfect and there is several ways for creatures to escape it:

  1. Consuming mind and soul of person nearby a Nexus to gain a physical form in Runeterra;
  2. Creating a doorway with a help of a person in Runeterra;
  3. When extremely powerful magician dies in his sleeps;
  4. When time in Runeterra is distorted through time travel;
  5. During failed summoning rituals.

Yet, taking control of the dream realm, Pazuzu Anzu was able to open and close gates between the realms, causing other dream beings to invade Runeterra, spreading havoc through the land and luring heroes and adventures into the dream realm, to fight and perish in the Infinity Tower. ........................

#Infinity Tower http://i68.tinypic.com/s63qs7.jpg

Located between all planes of the dream realm, it connects them all. This tower have 4 floors, with the 4th floor being the living quarters of Pazuzu Anzu.

First floor. Dark, long and wide, easiest, yet longest floor to complete. Filled with manu demonic imp-like creatures, varios traps and not a single window. This floor is fire based, meaning all monsters and traps are using fire, even explode when killed. This floor is protected by two fiery guardians: lava hound and tornado flame. Two hottest and fiercest in this entire floor.

Second floor Narrow, difficult to go trough and even harder than the first floor, second flour is based on the wind, thus causing many creatures and traps to make gusts of winds, knocking back intruders away or into other, more dangerous traps. This floor is protected by the mighty dragon bird, creater of the wild winds.

Third floor Not like other floors, this one is a labyrinth, with varios traps, even strongest creatures and even more traps, making it nearly impossible to complete. While this floor doesn't have the strongest guardian, it is way harder to complete than previous floors, because after this one, the next floor is the final one. ...........................

#Pazuzu Anzu

Smart, strong, cruel and with twisted sense of humor, this dream being is not satisfied in being just a dream being. He feels he is more, he wants to be more. So, being the most dreamed creature in Runeterra, in the dream realm, he got stronger day after day. He visited every plane, learned everything there is to know about this realm, even changed and remodeled himself, based on various other dream realm creatures, becoming truly strongest among the dream real creatures, or so it seemed. He set his sight on the Runeterra, looking for knowledge and challenges, someone to fight him in his tower, someone to entertain him. After all, he is a final boss of his tower.

Monologue Who is there? Who is listening me? Well, it doesn't matter. Listen, if you want, i might say something juicy. Welcome into my tower, my fortress of solitude. Weeeeell, not the icy one, but i am not really super, am i? No, i am a villain. Yes, yes, i am... Nah, not it. Who the hell think they are villains? You can take the most hardcore psychopath and ask if he things that he is evil. He will say: no. No one views their actions as purely evil, they rationalize their actions, convince themselves that these things are must, that they are doing the right thing. That is how it is, everyone is the main character of their own story, and who want to play as a bad guy? Everyone things that he or she is a hero. But do i think that i am a hero? Not at all. I am a bad guy. Genuine and true bad guy. O don't justify what i do or why i do. I do it, because it is fun and exiting. I don't care about others, their wishes or morality. I am my own person and i do as i pleases. Don't like that? Then qq and go to your mommy. Now, you could say that i look strange. All metal, dark and not fitting to others. I am high tech, you could even call my a cyborg, but does that fit with the rest of the ga.... with the rest of the world. Nearly slipped there, lets not break this wall, yet. I think i fit very well and if you disagree, then you can suck my big black shining metal cannon, if it is not too big for you. I set my sight on the league of... i mean Runeterra. Yes, i set my sight on that world. It have so much potential, so many interesting people, and all those to be claimed by me. Yes, i will rule both worlds with an iron fist, if i had one. However, i will be a good ruler. I will give clothes to half naked champions, cigar to those who really need them and interesting backstories to everyone.......................... Not. Ha ha ha ha, when i send enough of my minions into their world, they will come to me.

#6. EXTRA INFO

Riot sometimes like to introduce new champion or rework old ones with temporal unique game modes. Same could be with this champions, when group fights against group in his tower. First floor - modified summoner rift. Second floor - twisted tree line. Third floor - dominion. Those who complete all three maps, could get this champion icon and chance to buy him early.

His right arm is named "Jegger Death Cannon" and his left arm is named "Falldown Crimson Blade".

{quoted} Unique Mechanics Can't Stop Me As you level up, your movement speed steadily increases. However, your movement speed can't be increased or decreased by any sources. Movements speed buffs and debuffs can be applied to you, but they will have no effect. Same goes for items, masteries and runes.

This worries me. It's endless frustrating for any champion with a slow on their kit (having your abilities just not affect something ALL the time is annoying as hell), and also makes it largely impossible for him to gap-close on any character ever. Even Mordekaiser, probably the least mobile of all the Juggernauts, can at least use an ally to move faster towards a target.

Vengeance Suffering direct damage from an enemy champion cause you to generate 1 vengeance. When nearby allied champion is killed, generate 6 vengeance. In addition, generate 1 vengeance ever 4 sec.

No real problem here, but I don't like that you have to choose between using abilities (which cost Vengeance) or getting your defensive steroids. That feels like a non-choice, given that NOT using your spells is...well, not really feasible. I'm also worried that this passive may just make lanes into stall fests, as your opponent is triply disincentivized to do anything to you: you're unlikely to be able to reach them, you heal insanely well (see later), and your ability use frequency is fueled by them hitting you.

Either they pick someone ranged and simply farm, or you stand between a melee champion and the wave and deny them every last hit. Neither sounds like much fun.

Passive Jegger Power Every 12 sec, you will regenerate 10% (+1% per nearby enemy champion) of your missing health, cause your next basic attacks to become ranged and this basic attack will mark your target for 3.5 sec. Your other abilities will consume the mark for bonus effects.

Interesting. That's a solid amount of sustain, but I can't say it's unreasonable without actually testing it. I'm a bit concerned that it'll be too strong when he's low though. I'd suggest changing it to "Every 10 seconds you gain Jegger Power, regenerating 8% (+2% per nearby enemy champion) of your missing health over 5 seconds. The cooldown begins once the effect has ended."

That way there's a window to burst you in, rather than just getting a chunk of health right when your opponent goes in on you. It's still VERY powerful, but feels much less frustrating for the opponent to play against. So you get 5 seconds on, 10 seconds off, 5 seconds on, 10 seconds off. Probably still too strong though.

If you overcharge this ability completely, it will deals its damage twice to all hit enemies. Each hit will apply on-spell-cast affects. Killing an unit with this ability will grant 1 vengeance.

Jegger Burn: hitting an enemy with this ability, who is marked by your Jegger Power, will cause that enemy to lose 30/35/40/45/50% of his/her armor and magic resist for 2 sec. This will consume the mark.

Delay/ casting time: 0.4 sec, up to 2.4 sec (you can move while casting) Range: 475 (direction is locked while you are casting, same as Taric's stun) Cooldown: 8 sec Vengeance cost: 2

Interesting. Probably not exceptionally strong, although the Jegger Burn effect is pretty powerful. The very short duration probably makes that fine though. No real problems with this.

Casting time: 0 sec, up to 2 sec (you can move while casting) Range: 280 Maximum arc degrees: 180 Cooldown: 6 sec Vengeance cost: 2

I'm not sure what to think about this, actually. I'm not a fan of the vaguely Nasus-like gimmick combined with a charge up move, but I also understand why you did it. I think it steps on Nasus's toes a bit too much though, especially since it gets more damage per kill than he does (4-8 based on charge rate). Overall this just feels rather uninspired, although I do see where you tried to make the abilities feel distinct.

E Rage Mantle Passive: basic attacks and direct damage dealing abilities from enemy champions will reduce remaining cooldown of this ability by 1 sec. However, cooldown reduction from any other source doesn't work on this ability.

Active: harden your mantle and cower your weak spots with it for 3 sec. While this ability lasts, you gain 20/25/30/35/40 bonus armor and magic resist. Suffering true damage will also cause you to regenerate 1% of your missing health (can't regenerate more, than 1% of your missing health every 0.5 sec). In addition, while this ability lasts, you can reactivate it, causing you to consume 1 additional vengeance and increase duration of this ability by 1 sec. You can reactivate this ability as many times as you want, if you have sufficient vengeance.

Cooldown: 30 sec (starts when this ability ends) Vengeance cost: 2

The reactivation on this seems really weak -- it could also effectively read "last until you leave combat," as if you're fighting more than 1 person you may just generate Vengeance faster than you can spend it. Not sure on the numbers though. The effect seems weak in general, actually (partly due to the very short duration), and the true damage part is...minor at best, and frustrating for characters building true damage while not actually seeming impactful enough to matter (at 3000 health it's 30 healing per hit, which is hardly noticeable against the damage of a late-game Vayne or Yi). Invisible power, basically, and invisible power that's gated by specific enemies, which is even worse.

Also, this is our second +resist ability. That's very powerful in combination, but still not actually that much fun.

R Concentrated Malice Target an enemy champion and after a short delay, release blast of dark energies, dealing 125/200/275 (+8% of your max health) (+100% of AD) (+80% of AP) magic damage to first enemy champion hit. If you hit the same enemy champion that you targeted, then that champion will become marked for 3 sec. If marked champion uses an ability or a summoner spell, that ability will be canceled and marked enemy will become taunted to attack you for 2 sec. However, it this ability hit any other enemy champion, that enemy champion will not be marked. You can delay releasing this ability by up to 2 sec, by holding down the ability button, causing this ability overcharge. If you overcharge this ability completely, it will deal 80/120/160 bonus true damage. Also, this ability executes all enemy minions in its way. This ability tracks your target only when you are releasing it, meaning enemy champions can dodge it.

Jegger Doomsday Cannon: hitting an enemy with this ability, who is marked by your Jegger Power, will cause this ability to deal true damage to that enemy and it will penetrate all barriers, spell shield and other defensive tools (except death prevention tools and stasis-like effects, when enemy can't be hit). This will consume the mark.

...does this function like Lucian Q in that it targets a point where the champion is and then fires, like Caitlyn Ultimate in that it fires towards the champion and can be blocked, or like Lucian Ult in that you target a champion, and fire at an angle relative to their position when you targetted them regardless of their current position?

Either way, this ability is hugely overloaded. Target, deal base+health+AD+AP damage, mark target, punish ability use, taunt champions, overcharge, deal true damage, execute minions, deal ALL true damage, and break all League's rules regarding shields and barriers. The sheer amount of mechanics is overwhelming and frustrating, the ability cancellation+taunt is almost impossible to convey and REALLY awful to play against (Lose your ultimate or flash entirely due to some mechanic that doesn't exist anywhere else in the game? Oof. At least with Yasuo/Braum you can see it collide with something and vanish), and the barrier/shield penetration is likewise very hard to turn into something that can be easily understood by the opponent. That's three huge points against it.

I think you really need to double down on what you WANT this ability to do, and streamline the mechanics to support that. It's currently all over the place and REALLY hard to understand, and it suffers from huge clarity issues.

MrXonte5/24/2016, 10:29:23 AM2 votes

Passive: Unique mechanics are part of the passive too. there isnt anything that is outside of the kit that should influence your champion much. Considering this the passive is complettly overloaded. your heal every 15sec is extremly strong. This is alone heals for more than garen passive1 and only 1% less than garen passive2 and only garens final heal is stronger, but that heal is conditional and in lane much much harder to get. The immunity against slows is very interesting, but so strong that it combined with vengance is a full good passive.

Q: The way this is written reads something like "after 0.4sec you can release anytime you want so basicly it becomes undodgeable if you dont stun me and even deals extra damage if you hold it longer!" I assume you meant you can charge it longer but after releasing it has a 0.4 delay. that would be fine.

W: So a worse Q early but that becomes pretty op since its a better nasus q with lower cooldown

E: why so specific about true damage? and if you somehow deal true damage you will heal this champ more than you deal damage usually. Also considering your vengance passive you will kinda have it always on in a fight until the enemy starts to retreat. Cause you usually suffer damage at least 2 times in 3 seconds in a normal fight

R: The damage is pretty insane and when it becomes true damage thats just insane. on the other hand this ability is probably useless since you cant make any predictive skillshots since it tracks the target and is released towards it so any non bronze will probably just sidestep.

Another sidenote: I hate the art you choose for him. and it does not look anything like a tanky character and more like a high damage thing that jumps around. Not very fitting of an unstoppable tank

Alright, I'm going to give you my best shot at a lengthy review. I'm really bad at this. Forgive me.

#Cant stop me

I'm not sure if I like this, because it won't up for his inability to gain bonuses from boots and other speed items/buffs. Early game he's a sitting duck, and makes him uneffected by a lot of things that supports can give you, makes you immune to the speed shrines from the rift scuttler, all in all you're too slow and you can't be boosted by anything. But if you were to make it so that it balances out over time so that the late game speed is worth while, then you're just a speedy mcspeed that has too much of an advantage, so it really it just fucks you up early, then fucks you up late. It's inbalanced because it's simultaneously underpowered **AND overpowered. Would definitely just consider scrapping this.

#Vengeance

Seems alright to me, I don't see any problems with it, it seems like it's a little weak though, I'd change it into a shield that absorbs damage instead of an armor/MR stimulant.

#Passive

As long as it's 10% of missing health and not 10% of max health, this should be fine. I'd remove the basic attack buff really, it's just overloading a passive with multiple effects, and I think the health regeneration covers a lot of ground to begin with, so adding anything more in really tips the balance.

#Q: Death Cannon

Double damage? No thanks. You'd be the new veigar, except this time tanky. Remove that double damage stuff, otherwise it's fine.

#W: Crimson Blade

Wait a minute, the last ability was AP, this is AD. Is he a hybrid? This seems a little out of whack, and just seems like you're mixing up several different roles into one giant malformed burrito of sadness and pain. With the continuous scaling damage, I feel like that's a little insane. For one, Nasus's scaling is 3 per kill, and it's a single target effect. This is an AREA ability (room for multiple kills) and grinds up 4 damage. This will really hurt late game with proper farming, even worse than a Nasus with lots of stacks. I'd suggest removing the scaling damage entirely, as well as deciding either AP or AD, I wouldn't advise both on this champion.

#E: Rage Mantle

Again, don't give him bonus armor/MR, give him a shield. And the true damage bit doesn't seem necessary at all to be honest. Otherwise, it's unique how the cooldown comes quicker when the damage comes in, and I really enjoy this about the ability.

#R: Concentrated Malice

First off, ow. If you truely intended to have an AP/AD hybrid, this ability would be bonkers. It would dish out an incredible amount of damage with the AP and AD scaling it has, and a 2 second taunt is overkill. Executing minions is silly, remove that entirely. And pure true damage if they're marked? That's like having an ult that executes champions. It's overkill.

I advise you to make some changes, otherwise, I think it's a decent concept. I feel like "Final Boss" seems like just a little bit of a cheesy title to fit into the League universe if you ask me, and your lore sounds like a completely different universe entirely. But I won't delve too much into lore, mainly because I don't think I have a great understanding of what you're invisioning, but good luck. I can at least respect how much work you put into it, it's really laid out.

Here are my concepts, if you'd like to take a peek!

Hey there!

Stats

HP and armor are super high. For comparison, Rammus has the highest base armor in League and he only has 31.4 to start with.

Curious about movement speed. He has scaling movement speed?

Magic Resistance is wrong though. League has normalized magic resistance stats for all ranged and melee champs, he'd have 32.1 – 53.4 magic resistance.

Kit

Passive: This is actually really interesting and unique. Being immune to slows is pretty powerful, but to make up for it he's also immune to movespeed buffs. That's a new one. My only complaint is I think his base movespeed scales a bit too high, but that's just me.

Real Passive: Oh wait, that wasn't his passive?

How does he reactivate his armor/res buff when he has full vengeance? The resistance gain is pretty damn powerful to go with his already sky-high base values, just saying.

Jegger Power's hard to determine, honestly. He'd be a beast in long fights.

He's got 3 passives, though... Might wanna completely remove one of them.

Q: Vengeance cost is absolutely negligible since he gains it passively and it doesn't decay. I thought this would be okay when I saw it had a delay, but .4 seconds is barely a delay.

W: Siphoning strike with better stacking, more base damage, lower cooldown earlier on, more range, total ad scaling, and max hp scaling. Seems legit.

E: More free resistances and a dash! :D He really needed this! At this point he doesn't ever need to build magic resistance since he gets enough just from his kit.

R: True damage :D

Yeah, this guy's a mess. He's Darius to the extreme. If he catches you you die and you can't fight back. There's no meaningful counterplay with him, you just don't let him EVER get on you or it's the end. Good luck contesting baron or dragon against him. His AP scaling is meaningless and his scaling otherwise is total AD or max hp - and he's got siphoning strike - so there's no point building anything but pure tank on him. The only thing he's missing his health shred, honestly.

Soooo uhh, I understand I didn't exactly leave the most glowing review, but could you review my own concept please? :'D

Don't care much about lore and stuff, but kit looks good. Maybe too good for a juggernaut.

Ýones5/22/2016, 7:45:27 PM1 votes

Wow, this is amazing concept, I have to admit! I have nothing to do and this is an amazing concept, so I will review it! Lets go!

Art I don't usually comment about art, but I don't like your vision of it. It could be a skin for him, but it could look better.

Lore: So long, I couldn't read it, but I red some of it xd. Seems cool.

Quotes Awesome quotes! I like the mordekaiser one!

Abilities

Passive would be ok, no need to change that.

Q: It would be cool in game, no need to change that either.

W: This is kinda... Meh. Some kind of an AoE Nasus Q, I think it could be targetable since it would be pretty hard to use at times.

E: Seems like a basic defensive ability, but unlimited duration would be too much. Otherwise it's well done.

Ultimate: Seems kinda off place, for a juggernaut I mean. Maybe it would be cool in game, but I think that if riot did this, they would make up a different ultimate.

Overall: You have put ALOT of effort into this, keep it that way! I think this concept could have a 9.5/10. It is really cool and well made, keep doing concepts! (I have seen your other concepts alot!) Could you watch my concept, I didn't put as much effort to it as you did, but I think it would be worth watching. :d http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/skin-champion-concepts/0MZiuEzt-champion-concept-soren-the-mountain-king

PlasmaFogKing5/30/2016, 8:24:32 AM1 votes

My review (sorry for bad english)

I don't really understand that Unique Mechanics. Is that second passive? This looks like a lot of work. You can be slowed and you can get speed. Enemies can't buy items with slows and you can't buy boots. Looks like it limits not only you, but also enemy team. I don't think that is very good, because limits are usually bad. I understand what you want to do with this passive, but i think you should go other way around it. Maybe make active ability to remove slows or something.

Vengeance is like mana, yes? It works in different way, but you spend in like mana, yes? Instead of normal resource, this looks like another passive. Not very bad or anything, but number of passive increases and your champions is harder to learn. It is fun, to get something when you are attacked. Against range enemies it would be very hard fight, so getting some resource from it is nice. Especially because you move very slow, so enemies can kite you long time. Out of that kiting, you will be able to use more abilities. If i understand it right, then in team fights you can have bonus lots of armor and magic resist, if enemies deal damage to you.

Passive looks very simple and clear, compared to your other passives. Sustain is not bad, but if you don't miss health, then you will have very low health back. Range attack looks like new Poppy's passive, but more interesting. Really like how your other abilities works well with passive. Too bad it have very long cooldown, because can't see this passive happening more than once during a team fight.

Q should have AD scaling. I don't think this champion would build lots of AP, so why it doesn't have AD scaling? Slow is very nice when trading, but i don't really understand that charging thing. Is it like in some action game, when you can store power while holding down attack button and then release that power when you release the button? Looks like very complex ability. Range, multi target, damage in the line, charging, slow and much more. This could be R of a normal champion, because it have so many things around it.

W is even harder to understand. So you swing your arm and hit first enemy under your arm? Or is it like a cone, but instead of hitting all enemies, you will stop at hitting first enemy. I understand cone version, but i am not sure if that is what you wanted to make. For me, as not english speaker, it is hard to see what you mean. Other than complex way of hitting enemies, looks very solid. Good damage, even getting more damage by killing enemies. Nasus have that, but his ability is boring. Yours may be more fun, if i understand it right. Combination with E makes it way more simple and i thing i would use it like that. Hitting first enemy in front of you looks way simpler. Also, how it ties with your Q? Do you want passive+Q to slow your enemy and then hit him with W or do you want to passive+W for bigger damage and then harass with Q?

E... these complex things. You didn't lie in the title. My head is starting to hurt for all this thinking. Sorry, i wouldn't play your champion, too complex for me. You charge in a line and get buffs, yes? then, you can keep these buffs longer if you continue to push this ability, but you will charge more, yes? And when ability ends, you get CDR when you take damage, but not from items, masteries and runes, yes? Now you can activate this ability while powering up, you can have lower cooldown if you change into enemy and so on. It have so many things, it is hart to say what is what.

And to finish things of, R is complex as hell. However, i really like this one. Enemies can evade at the last sec or cower each other, if i understand it right. I don't really understand why it have range, when it is global, but maybe i missed something. Not sure is Riot will ever make range taunt, but i would like to see something like this. If enemy is playing allow or have bad team, he will be taunted. But if enemy plays very well or have a good team, then he will not get taunted. Charging power for bonus speed looks not interesting. Yes, it is much harder to dodge, but other than that, it doesn't add much. I much rather shoot it early. Dealing entirely true damage might be too strong, but i am not sure if that is what you want. I would usually go with passive+Q for slow, because this champion moves very slowly. Passive+R might do lots of damage, but damage doesn't matter, if you can't get close. I would change interaction with passive into something else.

Pure Elura5/30/2016, 9:16:20 AM1 votes

I am not sure, hot to do these reviews, so i will write what i like and dislike.

Like:

  • Action style abilities, when you can charge up for bonus power. I liked hack'n'slash games on my ps2, when i was younger. Just mindlessly slashing through enemies. Fun aspect is immense. This really similar to that.
  • So many things to do. Poke with Q. Built up damage with W. Defense steroid with E. CC with R. You can do so many with this champion. Even if your champions is slow tank, you still do do many things with it.
  • W is very interesting. Unique way to hit enemies, damage built up and hack'n'slash feeling is very cool. You can swing it, you can stab with it. Very cool.
  • Specific play style, with passives and abilities, there is no champion like this one. Certainly unique and interesting, because there is no one like it.
  • Feeling of cool bad guy, who walks wherever he wants and destroy whatever he wants.
  • Story is very vivid and rich with backstory and interesting facts. Really like idea of world of dreams, making impossible possible. Had much fun reading it, even if it is very long. I, too, would like to make dream champion.
  • Quotes and jokes were very funny. Lol.
  • Lore short version is very good thought, when you have main lore this big.

Dislike:

  • Picture doesn't fit well. In the picture, your champions doesn't look like a dream creature or very tanky.
  • Very little combo power, as only few abilities actually work well with each other.
  • Many scalings. Pick 1 or 2 and stick with it. Now it have way too many.
  • Too complex.
