Riot can you guys make a Hispanic Champion with an accent?

We have almost all kind of race/background for example: etc

Russian, Black, Jamaican, African, White, Asian, and EU

Except for a Spanish champion.

I would really like to see a Spanish female jungler!

and could be inspired by Zorro (Fox)

I'm also aware that we don't have any Champions who wield a Whip as their weapon.
