New element to the gameplay (sound)

What I mean by sound gameplay element is maybe we can hear the foot steps of Nasus, illaoi or big characters coming in the background. Or Jhin shooting his gun. A further range then the sight. Giving us another way to detect where champions are. Or give away your position.
