Valery, the Sharp Shooter

Lore: Valery is a notorious assassin around Valoran. She is constantly on the move, assassinating anyone she deems unworthy to live. Before Valery became so famous, she was a nobody. She spent her life in the terrible place of Zaun. The perttiest of flowers bloom in the ugliest of places. By age 10, Valery was proficient at using a gun. Her father taught her out of necessity for self defense in this "free" country. Her skill was nothing special, however. As time progressed, Valery became more proficient in Science. She was taking Advanced Placement Courses in all of her science by age 16. Physics, Chemistry, Anatomy, and Biology all came easy to her. She also had a proficiency in math.
Her intelligence did not go unnoticed. A few radical evolutionists realized her potential. When she arrived home at the night of her 23rd birthday, she was met with a tazer. Valery woke up later, locked in the room of a man who's arms and legs were Mechanical. She spent a year in his captivity, making weapons for him and his group of radicals. She was abused by him frequently. Every time something malfunctioned, broke, or didn't work as planned, she was beating harshly. While he was out, Valery finished her cloaking device. It was still primitive and frequently malfunctioned, but it would allow her about 10 seconds of invisibility. 10 seconds was all she needed. She cloaked the second before he entered and crept out the door.
Valery was on a clock. The timer ticked down as she hunter for a Sniper she had made for him. She found it with 2 seconds to spare. The momsnt her time ran out, the device made a loud screech and powered off. It also overheated on her, causing her pain. When the man entered the room she was in, Valery pulled the trigger. After that, she left.
Valery never did fix the bugs in her cloaking device. The girl who left the house was no longer the kind science fanatic. Instead she trained herself to become a renowned assassin. Valery pops up all over Runeterra, taking out people who use fear as a weapon.

Ability set
Passive: Precision Shot Enemies take increased damage from basic attacks and spells when they are further away from you. At 500 range they take no increased damage, and at 700 range they take 100% increased damage.
Q: Quick Shot Valery draws up her rifle and fires an empowered bullet in a line. It deals 80/110/140/180/210 (+100% of bonus AD) as physical damage to the first enemy hit. The recoil prevents her from auto attacking .5/1/1.5/2/2.5 seconds after cast. mana Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 Range: 700 Cooldown: 7/6.5/6/5.5/5 seconds
W: Marked Target Valery loads a powerful bullet into her rifle. Her next basic attack smashes the enemies armor, reducing it by 20% for 1.5 seconds. Her next attack also deals 5% increased damage. Mana cost: 70/90/110/130/150 Range: Self buff Cooldown: 25/23/21/19/17 seconds.
E: Vantage Point After 2 seconds, Valery drops down and looks through her scope. During this time, Valery gains 250 range on her basic attacks, and 50 range on sniper. She can not move, and her attack speed is reduced by 30%. Mana cost: 50/55/60/65/70
R: Cloaking Device Passive: When the enemy does not have vision on Vallery, her quick shot deals 5% more damage to enemy champions.
Active: Valery activates her Cloaking Armor, becoming invisible for 10/12/15 seconds. Auto attacking or casting Quick Shot breaks the stealth. Mana cost: 100 Cooldown: 60/55/50 seconds

Gameplay
Early game In the early game, Valery will want to farm. Occasionally poking with good damaging Q's and last hitting minions is how she handles. She has no high burst damage early, poor auto attack range, and her E leaves her a sitting duck for skill shots that most mid laners possess. She also has a bad roaming time, due to a poor waveclear and a lack of mobility. Once she hits 6, roaming becomes easier with her cloak. Do not look for kills, just farm items.
Mid Game Valery gets a great powerspike in mid game. Her damage items buffer the power of Quick Shot by a significant amount, and when objective fights happen you can lurk around, killing a carry when the timing is right. Be sure to cloak when enemies don't have vision, and take into account it takes 2 seconds to get the range increase on E. Once the timing is right, use her W to break some armor, deal some minor damage, then land a powerful snipe to secure the kill. It is essential you do not miss her Q, as it will leave you vulnerable and a sitting duck.
Late Game Valery keeps a good amount of power in this stage of the game. However, at this stage, poisitioning is essential. Your goal is to take out a marksman or mage from a safe distance, and then book it. Valery will easily shift a game into a 5v4. Once she has done her job right, she can then use her W to help the adc's punch through tanks faster. However, if she fails to position properly or misses a Q, she will be a sitting duck. It is very important to land snipe after reducing armor. Without good positioning, your shot can either be blocked, or you might miss it. Make every shot count.
Synergy: Vladimir: Vlad's ultimate helps Valery kill targets even faster. The extra damage will be just enough to ensure Quit Shot kills.
Braum: Braum's kit can bail Valery out of some pretty rough situations. His jump and shield will intercept threats while giving her the needed time to unmount from e and book it.
Twitch: Having 2 stealth champions that can suddenly emerge and do damage from 700+ range will catch opponents off guard, especially with the monstrous damage output.
Counters: Rek'sai: Rek'sai's ability to track you during stealth, combined with scary damage and durability will prevent her from dying to your spell rotation, and give her time to react. Tunnels will get her in on you, and her damage will destroy your squishy body.
LeBlanc: LeBlanc's high mobility and high damage will prevent her from dying to a Quick Shot, and allow her to turn the fight on you. Her clone can also intercept the Snipe.
Akali: Akali will kill you the second you reveal. Her high burst and sticking power will prevent you from running, while her shroud will stop you from aiming perfectly.
