Fire-Dragon themed Yasuo. I'll give the ability short, sweet, and very broad.

Passive- Molten Shield Q- Same ability, red swing with a fire instead of wind for a trail. 3Q- Fire Tornado W- Fire Wall E- Leaves a fire trail with a red trail instead of clear wind R- Yasuo gets Dragon wings (similar to pantheon) and slashes the target repeatedly with an inferno before smashing them down for an explosion.

Design- Something like this

Dragon skull shoulder guard Dragon designed hilt/handle Dark Red/Yellow blade All leather replaced with silver metal All cloth is a darkish red
