you use the ability and the champion calls the nearby enemy a "chicken"
we have realy well built abilities on our champions, but nobody realy ever broke the taaboo of those skills being usefull in combat

But since it's useless hence it's pointless to even exist, then what's the reason behind making such an ability besides solely making sure 90% of the community just won't pick this champ up, 9.7% would most likely just pick him to troll his own teammates and the last 0.3% would only pick him to show off their supposed League prowess while failing like 80% of their games?
If we're asking for like having a Dan (Street Fighter) in League, that's cool, but only if LoL is 1v1 based and not 5v5.

its not like we cant ballance a champion wiith one less skinn when we can ballance a champion who has 20 skills under 4 buttons (like new champs usuay are with their 5 passives in the passive slot, and 15 atached to the rest of their skills)
