Why another Soraka skin?

I know I'm going to get a lot of flame for this, but seriously, I have to bring this up. We just got Reaper Soraka not too long ago (October), and she's getting another one?! Granted, you pulled this crap with Vi last year (Harrowing skin followed by a regular skin), but come on. I know that this was a skin idea that was demanded by the fans, but come on. What other skin ideas have been floating around that Riot has continuously failed to deliver on?

Cheerleader Lux (Probably one of the most demanded skins ever) Debonair Zac Snow Day/Frozen Syndra (Probably not implemented for obvious reasons) Among others.

I think that after Reaper was released, Soraka should have been kicked to the bottom of the list, and not seen another skin until the patch that has Poppy's rework (figuratively). Other champs need skins too, you know!

Zac: Only had one skin, his launch skin Lux: Fans were promised a skin that would come soon after the fans reacted to Steel Legion negatively. It hasn't come yet. Shen: No new skin in two years Kennen: See Shen Brand: See Shen Cassiopeia: See Shen Fiddlesticks: See Shen Fiora: See Shen Dr. Mundo: SEE. SHEN.

Do you get it now?! A good number of champs haven't had a skin in over two years, or were promised a skin that never came, or haven't had a skin since launch. And yet, people are losing their minds over a new Annie skin, a new Katarina skin (granted it looks nice, but she has plenty already), a new Ashe skin, a new SORAKA SKIN, AFTER SHE GOT ONE LITERALLY FIVE MONTHS AGO! Don't you think that some of these champs deserve a skin more than Soraka, or some of the other champs to get skins recently?

As for the others:

Definitely not Udyr: Guy needed a new cheaper skin, and it looks really cool. Amumu: If not for this skin, he'd be on the above list as well, so I'm cool with that. Nasus: I'm on the fence about this one, since he got a skin recently as well. (His Legendary, which I think came out over the summer) Nami: Only two skins, and I think this one captures her playful style quite well. I'll let this pass.

I don't have a problem with champs getting skins, and even in short bursts if there's only one skin available (Vi last year.) But when you do two skins on the same champ that already has a decent selection of skins within five months of each other, that's a little much.

Riot, all I'm saying is to spread the love to other champs, and space out the launches between skins for a champ to much longer than six months. Look how long it took for Rumble, Sona, Amumu, Evelynn, Twitch, Heimerdinger, Kog'Maw, and Skarner to get new skins.
