(Champion Concept) Delver, the Scrapyard Scourge
Armed with a modified nail gun, a machinery-lined vest with countless pockets, and haphazard inventions jutting from a bulging backpack, Delver leads a gang of outlaws that rule a scrapyard in the outskirts of Piltover. Discarded inventions, low-quality materials, and immense quantities of scrap are dumped there each day, and Delver's gang holds unquestionable dominance of the scrapyard due to their proficiency in salvaging the junk. Delver, a particularly gifted salvager, leads the gang, and his appetite for tinkering keeps him constantly on his toes for treasure – and enemies to steal it from.
Attack Range: 525
P = Magnetism Delver's basic attack Magnetize his target. Magnetism wears off after 8 seconds, and can only be applied to one target at a time. Projectiles launched by Delver that travel a short distance (~350 units) near a magnetized target change trajectory and home in towards them. Additionally, enemies or minions Delver kills have a chance to drop Scrap. Scrap is drawn towards magnetized enemies, and Delver can pick it up by moving over it.
Q = Ramrail - - - 45/55/65/75/85 Mana -- 7 / 6.5 / 6 / 5.5 / 5 second cooldown Delver fires a molten-hot rail in a line that pierces up to three enemies, dealing 80 / 110 / 140 / 180 / 210 (+70 / 80 / 90 / 100 / 110% bonus AD) physical damage to the first target and passing through to hit up to two more, dealing 20% less damage each time. Ramrail leaves the last enemy hit magnetized.
W = Repulsor Coil - - - 70 Mana -- 17 / 15.5 / 14 / 12.5 / 11 second cooldown Passive: Delver has 20/25/30/35/40% increased movement speed towards a magnetized enemy. Active: Repulsor Coil can be activated when Delver is near a magnetized enemy, dealing 40 / 65 / 90 / 115 / 140 (+70% AP) magic damage to the enemy and slowing them by 20/30/40/50/60% that decays over 1.25 seconds, and granting him his passive bonus in any direction for 2 seconds.
E = Spark Drone - - - 55/60/65/70/75 Mana -- 23 / 21 / 19 / 17 / 15 second cooldown Delver releases a small drone that travels very slowly in a line. For up to four seconds, the drone emits an electrical field that deals 28 / 45 / 62 / 78 / 95 (+30% AP) magic damage per second to nearby enemies. It can be destroyed by three autoattacks during this time, but Delver can reactivate Spark Drone to pick a new direction for it to shoot rapidly towards, magnetizing and stunning the first enemy hit for 1 / 1.2 / 1.4 / 1.6 / 1.8 seconds and dealing 55 / 80 / 105 / 130 / 155 (+60% AD)(+70% AP) magic damage in a small AoE.
R = (name undecided) - - - 0 Mana -- at least 25 scrap -- 110 / 100 / 90 second cooldown Delver consumes all available scrap to build himself a better weapon, requiring about a second to assemble it. The weapon holds together for 7 / 10 / 13 seconds, giving Delver's autoattacks 150 bonus range and bonus magic damage on hit equal to the amount of scrap used. This bonus damage also applies to structures. (Thematically, I imagine this weapon takes a random appearance each time he uses it - could be a rocket launcher, crossbow, machine gun. etc)
Feedback is welcome! Also, I can't come up with a name I like for the ultimate - suggestions encouraged!
