There should be around 10 seconds before an ARAM starts where you can't reroll or trade champions, but can adjust runes, masteries, and summoners. Too often I see people go into a game with a completely wrong setup because they got their champ three seconds before the game launched.

Traxicus1 votesSee, I would agree with you, but I've lost way too many ARAMs with teammates that didn't have time to put the right masteries on. I wish there was a way to force them to pay attention, but since there isn't, there should be a system to help the people who do pay attention have more reliable teams.
