I just got it from a mystery chest... it looks sick, and I've never seen one in a game before, in well over 600 games. Is he rare? Was it worth?

It's a legacy skin, meaning it's only available in special bundles/mystery gifts. So if you like Vladmir, I guess it's worth.

Yeah, from Halloween a few years ago, I think. I've literally never seen it in a game before though. Anyways, yeah he's fun, so I think I'll enjoy it :)

Good for you bro. I got Bad Santa Veigar, Snow Day Singed, and Curling Veigar from mystery skins I bought for myself, and my friend sent me Mad Scientist Singed and Prototype Viktor.

A lot of the Legacy Skins are pretty good.

You can get that skin every Halloween. Honestly I don't think people got it cause it's so ugly lol. But hey, whatever floats your boat.
