Unique Mechanics Global Despair Every time a champion dies, he/she get 5 points of despair on him/her. Every time that champion kills another champion, he/she loses 5 points of despair. Getting an assists reduce despair by 2 points. Maximum despair on each champion can stack up to 20 points. Based on despair on each team, you gain small beneficial effects (these effects stacks):
- If total despair of enemy team is 30 or higher: you will gain 30 bonus movement speed and 5% bonus vision range.
- If total despair of enemy team is 60 or higher: you will gain 20 bonus armor and 20 bonus magic resists.
- If enemy team have higher despair than your team and difference between them are 30 or greater: you will take 15% less damage from enemy minions and 10% less damage from enemy turrets.
- If enemy team have higher despair than your team and difference between them are 60 or greater: your attacks and abilities will deal 20% more damage to enemy minions and enemy turrets.
- If enemy team have higher despair than your team and difference between them are 90 or greater: a super minion will spawn in every lane of your team with every wave of minions, regardless if your team destroyed enemy inhibitors or not. If inhibitor is already destroy, then 2 super minions will spawn.

Passive Seal of Coli After using an ability, you will emit an aura for 6 sec. Using another ability will refresh the duration of this aura. Enemies, who are inside of this aura, will suffer 5/8/11/14/17/20/23/26/29 magic damage every sec. If an enemy remains in the area of this aura for 3 sec or more, then System Shock will be applied to him/her. This aura can't apply System Shock on same enemy more often than once every 3 sec.
Radius of aura: 350
System Shock Reduce movement speed by 15%, attack speed y 30%, critical strike chance by 15% and passive mana regeneration rate by 30% for 3 sec. Stacks by duration, up to 9 sec of duration.

W Gila Bite Passive: every 6 sec, this ability will become usable for 3 sec. After 3 sec or after you use it, it will again go on 6 second of preparation time.
Active: cause your next basic attack to perform a deadly bite, dealing 10/15/20/25/30 (+50% of AD) (+30% of AP) physical instantly and 10/15/20/25/30 (+50% of AD) (+30% of AP) magic damage over 3 sec. R Destroying Demon Passive: your other direct damage dealing abilities and every 3rd basic attack will infect enemies with special toxin for 6 sec. This effect stacks up to 6 times. This effect doesn't decay on enemies, who are affected by System Shock.
Active: draw a line towards targeted direction (like Rummble's R or Viktor's laser). This line lasts for 9 sec. When enemies, with any number of special toxin stacks on them, cross this line, all stacks of special toxin morph into damage over time effect, dealing 20/30/40 (+30% of AD) (+20% of AP) true damage per stacks morphed over 6 sec. In addition, certain bonus effect will trigger on that enemy, based on number of stacks morphed:
1 stack: enemy will suffer bonus magic damage equal to 6% of his/her current health; 2 stacks: enemy will suffer bonus magic damage equal to 9% of his/her current health; 3 stacks: enemy will suffer bonus magic damage equal to 12% of his/her current health; 4 stacks: enemy will suffer bonus magic damage equal to 12% of his/her maximum health; 5 stacks: enemy will suffer bonus magic damage equal to 15% of his/her maximum health.

Inhabited by wizards, witches, elemental sages and all other kinds of magical people, yet, the city was known not for that. The thing, which went around Runeterra, from person to person, was a rumor about a demonic prison, where dark spirits were imprisoned. And while there were many different rumors about this prison, the existence of it wasn't a rumor - it was a fact. When city was built, new and fresh, the prison was already there, older than any other building in the town, magicians and witches used it to imprison demons and all other evil spirits they could find.
No one really knew how these demons were captured and imprisoned, what kind of magic were used. Only the magicians, who captured these demons, knew these secrets. Over hundred years, many different demons were captured, including 10 Lords of Sins, the most powerful demons know to men:
- Lord of Vanity - creature, born out of a blessed mirror, but was corrupted by demonic essence, twisting it into horrible form. Demon, who lives to expose weakness, darkest wishes and feelings, who feasts on horror and pain of mortals.
- Lord of Greed - a demon, who fashions itself with bones of monsters and animals. Very mysterious, while being very intelligent and cunning, this demon acts more as a wild animal, tearing attacking anyone in sight, tearing them apart.
- Lord of Envy - poor blooded demon, who traveled from the underworld. He envy lives of mortals, simple and beautiful, so he takes them them away, killing mortals, watching them die slowly, painfully, as he enjoys every moment of it.
- Lord of Fear - one of three female demons, she is passionate and wild. Made purely out of metal, no mortal weapon can even leave a scratch on her, while she enjoys breaking weapons of mortals, corner them and feast on their fear, as she takes away the hope from their hearts.
- Lord of Rebellion - second female demon, but entirely different from the first one. Calm, collected, always plotting something, always things three steps ahead of everyone. She represents the grandest rebellion there could be - a rebellion against death, as she is the most powerful necromancer there could be.
- Lord of Despair - the lindworm. He is half dragon, half demon. Strong, dark, malicious, he is the despair itself, as even his breath is poisonous. No normal mortal could ever be in his presence, as even being close to him, you would be poisoned to death in seconds, without him doing anything.
- Lord of Thirst - the strangest and most mysterious of all other demons. He was knows to kill mortals on the spot sometimes and other times helping them to do what they want. Not even other lords of sins knew what he is or why he does something. Only one thing was certain - wherever he went, massive storms followed him.
- Lord of Sorrow - the third female demon, maybe the saddest one of all other lords. She was born as a human, yet through terrible twists of fate, she ended up becoming a demon, bringing sadness and grief the every living creature around her.
- Lord of Pride - maybe the most unusual demon between them all, he cowered himself with armor, not showing even an inch of his true body. Also, he wields the Eternity Blade, the heaviest and most destructive weapon known to mankind. And he wields it with ease, like it doesn't weight anything.
- Lord of Rage - a living inferno or hatred, rage and bloodlust, he is the flame of destruction, yet, in his wake, ashes are reformed, brought back to life as remnants of his power. Without a form, he possess mortals, live inside of them until his vessels burns to crisps from within.
This city was well known and many powerful magicians living in it, yet, one day it disappeared from the face of Runeterra without a trace. Witnesses said they seen great number of crows, from thousands to millions, flying towards this city. Other, whisper about a demonic crow god, massive demon bird, who took this city right to the underworld or entirely separate dimension. However, no one really knows what happened, as no historical documents remained, to depict this even. Only rumors flew through people, but even those disappeared, as time went by.
Now, after great number of years, something started to change, something started to move. Travelers started to see things, talk about them to other people. They tell about unusual thing: about massive number of crows swirling about certain locations, about echos of screams and fighting, about strange chill in the air and about horrifying shadows.
People have forgotten about this city, about demons, who were locking inside of it. However, now they will be forced to remember, people will be forced to know the vile beings from this city. Runeterra will learn to fear and cower, as these Lords of Sins will emerge back into the world one by one.

Lindworm It is an ancient species of wingless dragons. Path of evolution and changes dragons had to take to transform into this new species aren't known. These wingless dragons developed build similar to humans: two arms, two legs, usually stands up on the legs. Yet, not like other species of dragons, lindworms had strong affinity to poisons and bacteria. They were seen to ingest poisonous plants, poisonous mushrooms and eat poisonous animals, which would explain their toxic presence. No other animals approached these beings, as even the breath lindworm breaths out is poisonous. At the current day of age, these wingless dragons are extinct and only records about them remains.

Demon with green scales Long time ago, when lindworms were still not extinct, one of them were captured by people and used for dark rituals. Cultists thought, that they can become immortal by using lindworm's poison after bizarre rituals. Of course, this was proven again and again to not be true, as everyone, who drank its poison, died. However, that didn't stop cultists. They abused this creature for a long time, until a demon get into their ranks. This demon whispered forbidden spells and incantations, dark magic to those, who seek dark magic. In the end, cultists failed to become immortal, but they succeeded in summoning a demonic spawn, which viciously killed cultists. Demonic mastermind took the spawn and planted it into lindworm, causing them to fuse into one dangerous creature.

Arskin If usual human is about at 100 IQ, then average lindworm was at about 60 IQ. Not very smart, without developed intellect, but still were pretty clever. However, when one of them got fused with a demon, his IQ started to grow, slowly, but surely. Not only that, but every aspect of it got improved slowly. After few years in this state, he was aware enough to name himself and try to communicate with other aware races. Yet, his personality and biological aspects got in the way of communication. He is very poisonous and toxic, spreading death and despair wherever go went. Because his demon side enjoyed that, so he continue in the way for another great deal of years, until one day he got caught and imprisoned in city of Crohha. While no records remain anywhere on how he was captured, his prison file says: not immune to poison.
Now, after many years of being locked up in the lost city, he awoken from his dream. Arskin's first personality: where is me? Me don't remember this place. Arskin's second personality: we slept for very long. Too long, but now we awake. Arskin's third personality: move... move... Arskin's first personality: me be quiet. Need to found where me are. He exit his prison cell, walked though the dungeon until he found an exit. Arskin's third personality: outside... freedom... Arskin's second personality: something not right. We shouldn't be here, it is not the time, yet. We need to get away from here. Arskin's first personality: me don't see anyone else. This is empty city. Me don't hear any humans, Arskin's second personality: we need to get away from here. Move straight, exit this place.
When Arskin reached the end of city, a demonic crow landed nearby and said: Crow: you, with the breath of my father, are granted permission to leave this place. But know this, sooner or later, my father will be reborn.
