**Lore: ** While the upper lands of Freljord are known to be cold and frigid year round, its southern lands are quite warm in the summer. But when Winter comes and the waters begin to freeze, most animals must migrate further south or hibernate to survive. What many do not know, is that there is another reason most animals and even some humans, wish to leave the forests before the cold sets in. The Duck Watcher.
Called as such not for what it watches, for it watches everything, but rather is is simply known by no other name. It is said if you ever get the feeling you're being watched in the southern forests of Freljord, then it is the Watcher's gaze looking for those who shouldn't be there. It isn't considered to be evil, a few people have even claimed to talk to the creature and found it pleasant company. Then again, these same people are often off in the head to begin with, claiming they also had taken its magical staff when they had nothing but a stick in their hand. Regardless of these rumors, one myth is definitely true, the Duck Watcher is real. And it is currently watching not over the southern Freljord, but the League of Legends itself.

w-"Sudden Revelation" Place shield on target ally that can be manually destroyed to clear cc from them and silence surrounding enemies. If the shield is not destroyed it will dissipate after a time. e-"Watchful Gaze" Target area of the map is revealed for a set duration. Any enemies inside will be revealed even in stealth and will receive stacks of the innate each second they are inside. These enemies are also given a debuff called "anatidaephobia" that says "Somewhere, a duck is watching you." Cast Range--> AoE--> Innate stack gain--> 1 per sec Duration--> Cd--> Mana Cost-->
r-"Wandering Eye" You turn invisible and create a clone of yourself. While in this state your clone is treated as a full champion that can proc on hit effects, has all stats and bonuses from your items, is the focal point of all your spells, etc. But if the clone would die or you do anything that breaks stealth then the spell will stop and go on an extended cd longer than if you turn the spell off manually (spell is mana/sec cost to keep active). Cast/channel time--> Mana Cost--> CD if deactivated--> Cd if you/clone is killed--> Bonuses to abilities while active: "Staff of the Oracle" applies twice per instance of damage or tick of reveal for "Watchful Gaze" and has a slight increase to the duration of stacks of "Clouded Mind". Bonus stacks applied from Innate--> Bonus duration of Innate stacks--> "Enrage" has increased radius of effect and duration of the taunt. Bonus AoE of "Enrage"--> Bonus Duration of "Enrage"--> "Sudden Revelation" has increased shield strength and size of silence AoE. Bonus shield strength for "Sudden Revelation"--> Bonus to silence AoE for "Sudden Revelation"--> "Watchful Gaze" has increased duration and cast range. Challenges: weapon of choice--> Magical wand, kit is focused on a ranged support play-style or potentially a controlling mage. element of choice--> Mind, has forced attack action with taunt, and can remove cc with shield ability. side challenges--> Light and Dark elements, can increase and decrease vision as well as turn invisible or reveal invisible enemies.
