When will King of Demacia ( Jarvan Lightshield III) be revealed as a champion ?

Probably in the same patch as the Noxian royalty, if at all. Meaning, probably when Rito decides to go back to the S1 original of "Demacia vs Noxus" and make a canon reboot to the war. Although, they seem to be rebooting Noxus screwing with Ionia, if anything. :P
