Some Back story:
In the Shadow isles, many souls and spirits reside, in agony, pain, or relish. The fate of most souls is filled with torture, and pain. However, one spirit, unbound in life, as he was in death, refused to be bound by chain or spear in the lands of shadows. Oh no, he was a rebel in life, and he would die a rebel, and now...he would live as a dead rebel.
To the Kit!:
Passive: Soul of Unrest
- Tyreine gains 5/6/7% movement speed while moving towards champions. (Passive levels at 1/7/13)
- Tyreine can move through units/Champions.
- Any Champion that collides with Tyreine, loses 50% of their health regen for 2 seconds. Allied Champions gain 10/15/20% bonus movement speed for the duration. Enemy Champions are slowed by 10/20%/30%% for the duration. (Passive does not stack)
Notes: Basically, He runs around, running into allies and enemies, slowing enemies, while giving a movement speed boost to allies. The Idea for the Health regen debuff came from the fact that, this guy's a ghost, and if he touches you, that's not good. However by spirit, he is rowdy, so he gives allies a better trade off, some speed for loss health regen, while for enemies, it gives them the chills, slowing them down. Gives him a ghostly aspect. Scury. The buffs to movement while running towards champions is too give it actual threat, cause a lot of champs can dash, like, A LOT, its always been in the meta, so this should help a little bit. Passive doesn't stack, basically, you can't just stick right next to someone to give them a constant buff. So basically, you run through someone, they get the speed boost, and then it runs off. Then you can reapply it. If that makes sense.
Q: Terror rush - Skill shot Dash - Range/450 units - Mana/50 - CD/10/9/8/7/6s Cast time - 0.25s
- Tyreine rush forward, dealing 50/80/110/140/170 + (65% of AP) + 1.5/2/2.5/3/3.5% of enemies max health in magic damage to all enemies hit. (60% damage to Minions)
- If Tyreine's HP% > Enemies HP% then the enemy is Feared for 0.5s
- Tyreine gains a 10/11/12/13/14% movement speed boost for 1s if he Fears an Enemy.
- Can go through terrain, however increase cool down by 5 seconds.
Notes: So with his Q, he dashes really quickly forward, dealing damage along the way. The fear comes from the aspect of Ghost bigger > You, spooky. With the Bonus Movement Speed, from the name, its a Terror Rush, or rush of Terror, so hence, BONUS MOVEMENT SPEED! With Moving through terrain, Well, hey, ghost can get tired too, and going through a wall is hard work, so give him a break!
W: Unholy Racket - AOE - Range/400 units - Mana/70/75/80/85/90 - CD/18/17/16/15/14 Cast time - 0.5 seconds
- Tyreine release a horrendous howl, reducing the Armor/MR of all enemies by 12/14/16/18/20% + (5% of Bonus Movement Speed) for 3 seconds. Passive: Tyreine reduces the duration of disables by 30(1)/35(3)/40(5)%. Any ally he passes through, reduces ther duration of their disable by half the amount.
Notes: So, press w, he screams. Imagine you're carrying your armor, and shield, and BAM! AGHHHHHHHHHH! If you didn't drop you shield, you have some good hands. It was either this, or a Silence, which would be too OP (Ahem, Cho's AOE Silence), or maybe a Slow, but since his passive slowed already, Meh, give him some utility somewhere else. Being rowdy and noisy, gives him some protection to being told to stop, hence, tenacity! Yay! And now he can pass the jolly spirit of Unholy Racket to everyone else! However, it works more like, someone is Morgana Snared for its ungodly duration, so you run to them, and Tag! They're it! Whatever the remaining Duration was is reduced by the amount given.
E: Crippling Arms - Cone-Skill shot - Range/450 - Mana/70 - CD/12/11/10/9/8s Cast time - 0.25s
- Tyreine reaches out and pulls enemies towards him by 225 Units, Applying Soul of Unrest to all enemies hit, dealing 75/105/135/165/195 + (50% of AP) + 8% of Enemies max Health in Magic damage. (50% to minions)
- Enemies with a lower Health % than Tyreine are slowed by twice the amount.
Notes: I really wasn't sure what to give him here, another damage ability would be good, so he's not like other no-damage champs (Hi Bard!). I decided to give him some reliable Hard CC, a pull (Yay, Yasuo Synergy! Thank Rito for Yasuo Buffs). So basically it would pull all enemies towards him, applying his passive, unless it was already applied. The Hp damage, well, cause it says Crippling, so, yeah.
R: Rebellion of Shadows - Self-Targeted - Cost/25% of current HP - CD/50s/45s/40s
- Cast time - 1s
- Tyreine splits himself, summoning an uncontrollable Rebel Shadow at his position, with HP = 25% of his current HP. Rebel Shadows last for up too 45s, and have a vision range of 375 units.
- The Rebel Shadow will run at the nearest Visible enemy champion, movement speed = Tyreine's Movement Speed. If the Rebel Shadow makes contact with enemy champion, they take 100/150/200 + (50% of AP) + 50% of Rebel Shadow's Max HP in magic damage, and are Feared for 1.5s.
- If Tyreine walks through a Rebel Shadow, he collects them, increases his Size by 10%, up to a maximum of 100% and loses 1%(Max of 10%) movement speed for each Rebel Shadow collected. Tyreine loses all stacks upon death. *Rebel Shadows can only be collected after 5 seconds.
Notes: Well! I had the most fun with this part. In my mind I was like, how fun would that be to have bogeymen run around causing all sorts of mischief and fear! I think yes! So basically, how I planned it to be used was, while roaming, you find a nice bush, press R, have your little Rebel Shadow Baby, and skedaddle off to do your business while your mischievous little Rebel Shadow baby waits in ambush for an enemy, and then runs out all Bogeyman, and scares the crap out of you if you get hit. However, unlike saplings (RIP URF AP Maokai), or hell boxes (Shaco Balanced), they are not stealthed, and have a health bar. So if you ward, (Bronze...plz) like your supposed too, easy counter, and just kill them from out of range, (that means you, ADC, carry please). Thankfully, they only target the one nearest enemy champion, and only damage one champion, no AOE splash or anything like that. (See? Balanced) The last effect is purely for comedy, I'm not even that serious about that, but hey, that would be pretty cool, and it kind of fits with his kit. If you have to run through people to do something, then why not be super big, and THEN RUN THROUGH THEM! But yeah, purely comical. Also considered having a Size Deduction per Rebel Shadow spawn, but then you would have a super small champion running around, at highspeed? (RIP Skill Shots).
So Yeah, this is one of my many Champion Ideas, the role he fills? I don't know, up to you guys. Of course he's a Shadow Isle's Champ, and I could see him personally filling Jungle, Top, or Support lane, but who knows? Hope you guys like it! I really hope you guys have some sort of feed back.
