[TOOLTIP UI] Vlad not showing correct AP Scaling with passive

In game, even after buying 4-5 AP items, his Passive shows bonus AP from HP Scaling as = 16 Pretty sure its just not showing the correct numbers but its giving the correct the stats, just not showing it. Thank you have a good day

25 bonus HP -> 1 AP Rylais gives 400 HP. 400/25=16 Vlad gets 16 AP from Rylais through his passive. What's incorrect about this?
