[CLIENT] Report Button Bugged

Team Member AFKS in Fountain during Ranked Match, after game go too click report Button, Screen whites over and I cant click on anything, the Client Freezes. Step 1: Have Team Member AFK Step 2: Go to Report them. Step 3: Click the Report Button. Step 4: Watch as your futile attempt for some justice is screwed over by your Client Freezing. Step 5: Writhe in pain knowing that that player is snickering his face off after successfully screwing you and your team over.

This has happened to me three times already. And Yes, I am pretty salty. Hence the over dramatization. Is this a bug? Is this the Client Bugging out? Or is it just the Elo Gods watching my suffering?
