[CLIENT] Client Bugged my Mouse out? Have Video Link

During Victory Animation after nexus explodes, mouse disappears. Alt Tab to switch screens and then Alt Tab to get back into game, mouse appears but is stuck in center of Screen and if you try moving it, it quickly moves back to center screen. Alt Tab again, mouse gets stuck in top left corner, any attempt at moving it just causes it to quickly move back to corner.

I don't know how to replicate it...I'm sorry. Has never happened before, might be because of the new patch, might not, I'm just gonna leave this here though.
