INSIGHT - A small radius around you flashes briefly, revealing everything in the area for that duration. For the next 2.5 s you can place wards farther away and any wards you place gain extra range, last longer and reveal stealth.

Sorry I would read more of this summoner spell but there is a cleric beast in my yard.
Nobody would ever pick this over the current popular summoner spells.
It would be a decent vision control ability if flash wasn't reserved for one of your only two slots and ignite / heal / exhaust / smite for the other.
The only lane that would take this rune woukd be supp and even then why take this over ignite or exhaust.
